The AAV4x4 Kinetic Subframe Package is a complete long-range fuel and water storage system professionally designed and installed for the Isuzu NPS 75/155 (2016+) Single Cab. Combining a heavy-duty kinetic subframe with a 240-litre diesel tank and a 290-litre water tank, this package is engineered for serious remote-area touring, expedition vehicles and off-grid travel where reliability, capacity and structural integrity are essential.

Used extensively throughout AAV4x4 motorhome and expedition vehicle builds, the kinetic subframe allows the Isuzu chassis to flex independently beneath the tray or canopy. This greatly reduces stress transferred into the body structure, helping prevent fatigue and cracking when travelling on corrugations, rough tracks and uneven terrain.

The complete system is professionally installed at our Brendale workshop and includes all plumbing, electrical wiring, fuel transfer equipment, tank monitoring and mounting hardware.

AAV4x4 Kinetic Subframe

The AAV4x4 kinetic subframe is designed to isolate your tray or canopy from normal chassis twist while maintaining excellent structural strength. Heavy-duty kinetic spring mounts allow controlled chassis articulation, making the system ideally suited to demanding off-road touring applications.
