The AAV4x4 Fuso Dual Cab Alloy Tray is a purpose-built tray system designed and fabricated specifically for serious Fuso touring, expedition and work-truck applications.
This is not an off-the-shelf universal tray. It is an AAV4x4-designed and fabricated product, built around the proportions and requirements of the Fuso Dual Cab and intended to mount to a compatible AAV4x4 subframe.
Measuring approximately 2150mm wide x 3300mm long, the tray combines lightweight aluminium construction with a fabricated headboard, three drop-down sides, internal and external load-restraint provisions, flared mudguards, protected LED rear lighting and two tapered rear under-tray storage boxes.
The complete tray is finished in black powder coat and professionally fitted by AAV4x4 for a clean, integrated result suited equally well to a hard-working truck or a premium expedition build.
The tray is manufactured specifically for AAV4x4 rather than adapted from a generic mass-produced tray.
The result is a tray designed around the type of Fuso builds AAV4x4 specialises in: remote-area touring trucks, expedition vehicles, commercial 4x4s and vehicles carrying substantial accessories and equipment.
Particular attention is given to the overall proportions, headboard design, mudguard treatment, storage integration and rear lighting arrangement so the tray forms part of the completed vehicle rather than looking like an unrelated body added after the truck was built.
Aluminium construction provides the strength required for a working tray while controlling unnecessary vehicle mass.
On a touring or expedition truck, saving weight in the tray leaves more of the vehicle's payload available for fuel, water, tools, recovery equipment, canopy systems and other useful equipment.

A substantial fabricated aluminium headboard forms the front of the tray and incorporates an infill panel for a finished, integrated appearance.
The headboard also provides a useful structural boundary at the front of the load area and gives the completed vehicle the distinctive AAV4x4 tray profile.
The tray incorporates three drop-down sides, providing convenient access from the left, right and rear of the load area.
This makes loading bulky equipment considerably easier and allows the tray to function effectively for both work and touring applications.
The tray incorporates both internal tie-down tracks and external tie-down points to provide practical options for securing compatible loads.
Having multiple restraint locations makes it easier to position tie-downs appropriately for different cargo rather than relying on only a small number of fixed points.
Fabricated flared mudguards are integrated into the tray design around the rear wheel area.
Their profile complements the wider off-road tyres commonly fitted to Fuso touring builds while giving the tray a purposeful, vehicle-specific appearance.
Rear LED combination lights are incorporated into the tray structure and protected by dedicated rear panels.
The lights are positioned neatly within the completed rear body rather than hanging from separate lightweight brackets, helping produce a cleaner and more robust finished installation.
The tray includes two tapered under-tray storage boxes positioned toward the rear of the vehicle.
These provide useful secure storage outside the main tray area for commonly carried equipment such as tools, tie-down gear and touring accessories.

The standard tray package is finished in black powder coat, giving the aluminium structure a durable and professional appearance that works particularly well with black wheels, recovery equipment and other touring accessories.
Alternative finishes including Raptor-style coating or colour coding can be arranged separately where required.
The tray is designed to mount to a compatible AAV4x4 Fuso subframe, which is sold separately unless included elsewhere in the vehicle build.
For vehicles intended for serious off-road touring, the subframe forms an important interface between the flexible truck chassis and the tray or body above it.

The AAV4x4 subframe is sold separately unless specifically included elsewhere in the vehicle build. Subframe selection should be matched to the particular Fuso chassis, cab configuration and overall vehicle build.
Two tapered rear under-tray storage boxes are included. Additional storage boxes are available separately where the completed vehicle layout allows.
Raptor-style coating, colour coding and other non-standard finishes are optional and not included in the standard black powder-coated tray package.
Towbar, kinetic subframe, canopy, spare-wheel carrier and other accessories shown on completed vehicles are not included unless separately specified.
