Isuzu NPS 2008+ 4,500kg rated towbar kit, supplied with a 50mm tow ball and heavy-duty ball mount.

This heavy-duty towbar kit is purpose-built to suit Isuzu NPS 2008 and newer models, offering strong and reliable towing capability for serious towing applications.

Note: Trailer wiring and electrics are not included with this kit.

Maximum Towing Requirement

• To tow the full 4,500kg, a 70mm ball and matching tongue are required.

50mm Ball Towing Capacity Guide

When using a 50mm ball, towing limits are based on the vehicle’s GVM, in accordance with NHVR Vehicle Standards Bulletin VSG-16.

• GVM 5,000kg or under: 3,500kg towing capacity
• GVM 6,000kg: 3,089kg towing capacity
• GVM 6,500kg: 2,972kg towing capacity
• GVM 7,000kg: 2,878kg towing capacity
• GVM 7,500kg: 2,801kg towing capacity

Compliance Information

• If your vehicle has a GVM over 4,495kg, a P1 Vehicle Compliance Plate must be fitted to remain compliant.
• Final towing capacity depends on the vehicle GVM, tow ball setup, tongue setup and compliance requirements.

Additional Features

• Allows a 37" spare tyre to be mounted under the chassis.
• The OEM spare wheel carrier needs to be relocated forward by 1–2 chassis holes.

Important: This kit is supplied without trailer wiring or electrics. To achieve the full 4,500kg tow rating, a 70mm ball and matching tongue are required. When towing with a 50mm ball, the applicable towing capacity is limited by vehicle GVM under NHVR VSG-16.
