Upgrade the suspension of the applicable Fuso GX 2011+ FGB71 with this complete AAV4x4 TrackMaster front-and-rear suspension package.
The system combines GX-specific front and rear heavy-duty multi-leaf springs with four adjustable remote-canister shock absorbers, replacement suspension hardware, a custom front drive shaft and professional installation.
A wheel alignment is completed after installation as part of the fitted package.
The spring component in this package is specifically configured for the Fuso GX rather than using the standard FGB71 TrackMaster spring arrangement unchanged.
Both the front and rear original spring configurations are replaced with the applicable heavy-duty multi-leaf packages.
The suspension system incorporates four TrackMaster remote-canister shock absorbers:
Each shock uses a 66mm heavy-duty mono-tube body, a 22mm hard-chrome-plated shaft and a three-stage sealing arrangement.
Rebound damping is adjustable through 15 settings, allowing the completed suspension to be tuned for changing terrain and vehicle loading.
Each shock is connected by a braided high-pressure hose to a 60mm remote reservoir.

The current fitted GX assembly includes an AAV4x4 custom front drive shaft designed for suspension-modified Fuso applications.
The drive shaft provides the additional slip travel required by the revised suspension arrangement while maintaining a suitable closed length for the supported installation.
The GX TrackMaster package incorporates the applicable replacement U-bolts and polyurethane bush components supplied with the front-and-rear spring upgrade.
This is a fully fitted suspension package professionally installed by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.
Installation includes fitting the front and rear spring packages, remote-canister shocks, applicable bushes and U-bolts, installing the custom front drive shaft and checking the completed suspension and driveline installation.
A professional wheel alignment is carried out after installation of the completed suspension package.
