Upgrade the suspension of your Fuso FG84, FG637 or FG649 4x4 with this complete front-and-rear multi-leaf suspension package, supplied and professionally fitted by AAV4x4.

The package combines replacement front and rear multi-leaf spring assemblies with long-travel nitrogen-charged shock absorbers, greaseable front suspension hardware, polyurethane bushes and replacement U-bolts.

Professional installation and a wheel alignment are included as part of the completed package.

Front Multi-Leaf Spring Upgrade

The original front spring arrangement is replaced with a multi-leaf spring package designed for the applicable Fuso 4x4 platform.

The front installation also incorporates greaseable fixed pins and shackles, angled grease nipples and a replacement polyurethane spring-bush kit.

Replacement U-bolts are used with the upgraded spring assembly as part of the installation.

Rear Heavy-Duty Multi-Leaf Springs

Rather than retaining and spacer-blocking the original rear spring pack, this package includes replacement heavy-duty rear multi-leaf springs.

The rear spring package is configured to match the approximately 50mm increase in front suspension height, providing a complete front-and-rear spring upgrade.

Replacement rear U-bolts are included with the rear spring installation.

Front & Rear Long-Travel Shock Absorbers

The spring upgrade is matched with front and rear twin-tube long-travel shock absorbers.

Each shock uses a 40mm bore and 20mm shaft and is nitrogen charged.

The longer-travel shock configuration works with the revised spring arrangement to accommodate the suspension movement required by the upgraded setup.

Greaseable Suspension Hardware

Greaseable front fixed pins and shackles allow the applicable suspension pivot points to be lubricated as part of routine vehicle maintenance.

Angled grease nipples provide practical access when carrying out scheduled lubrication.

Professional AAV4x4 Installation

This is a fully fitted suspension package installed by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.

Installation includes the applicable front and rear spring components, shocks, bushes, pins, shackles and U-bolts, followed by inspection of the completed suspension installation.

Wheel Alignment Included

A professional wheel alignment is carried out following installation of the upgraded suspension.

This allows the steering geometry to be checked with the new suspension components installed and the vehicle sitting on the completed spring package.

Maintenance Notes

Suspension U-bolts should be checked after approximately 500km following installation.

Regular lubrication of the greaseable suspension points is recommended. For vehicles regularly operated off road, the current service guidance recommends greasing at intervals of approximately 5,000km or less, depending on operating conditions.

Important Notes

Older or heavily used vehicles may require additional work where existing suspension, mounting or associated components are worn or damaged.

Rear spring pins should be assessed for condition and replaced separately where required; new rear pins are not automatically included unless specified.
