The AAV4x4 New Fuso 2026 Euro 6 FGB71 4x4 Single Cab Chassis combines the current Fuso Canter 4x4 Wide Cab platform with an aggressive AAV4x4 mud-terrain super-single conversion, front protection, wheel-clearance and electrical integration package.
Built around the compact 3-seat FGB71 Single Cab, this configuration is fitted with five heavy-duty 17x9" steel super-single wheels and 37x13.5R17LT 135Q mud-terrain tyres.
The completed vehicle is configured at 6500kg GVM and 10,000kg GCM and incorporates the applicable Second Stage Manufacturing conversion, updated tyre placard, front wheel flares, speedometer recalibration, professionally fitted AAV4x4 recovery bull bar and dedicated Fuso electrical integration.
The foundation of this package is the current Fuso Canter FGB71 4x4 Wide Cab, providing seating for up to three people including the driver.
The Euro 6 driveline produces 110kW and 400Nm and is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Factory off-road equipment includes lockable front hubs, a rear limited-slip differential and low-range gearing, providing a strong starting point for remote-area, touring, expedition and specialist commercial applications.
This configuration provides a 6500kg Gross Vehicle Mass together with a 10,000kg Gross Combination Mass.
Combined with the compact Single Cab layout, this provides a highly versatile chassis base for substantial touring bodies, expedition modules, service bodies and other specialist vehicle builds.
Five matching 37x13.5R17LT 135Q mud-terrain tyres are fitted to heavy-duty 17x9" steel super-single rims.
The aggressive mud-terrain tread is designed for strong off-road traction, with substantial shoulder engagement for use across loose, muddy and demanding surfaces.
The tyre design combines this aggressive tread with characteristics intended to retain controlled everyday road operation, making the package suitable for Fuso builds where genuine off-road capability is a priority.

The conversion uses 17x9" 6-stud heavy-duty steel super-single rims.
The rims are DOT stamped, have a stated load rating of 2300kg per rim and have been tested in accordance with SAE J2530a.
Appropriate high-pressure valve components are incorporated before the five wheel and tyre assemblies are professionally fitted and balanced.
The package provides five matching super-single wheel and tyre assemblies, giving the truck four road wheels together with a matching full-size spare.
Front protection is provided by an AAV4x4 FGB71 rated recovery bull bar professionally fitted as part of the completed vehicle package.
The design combines an alloy outer structure with a heavy-duty steel winch cradle.
A winch, optional low-beam lights, driving lights and aerials are not included unless separately specified.
The wider super-single conversion incorporates the applicable fibreglass front wheel-arch flares, flare-extension components and wheel hardware.
The vehicle receives the applicable Second Stage Manufacturing conversion, including the updated tyre placard and associated preparation for the completed wheel and GVM configuration.
The SSM conversion applies to the new, previously unregistered vehicle included in this package.
Because the 37" tyres have a different rolling circumference from the standard Fuso wheel and tyre package, the vehicle speedometer computer is recalibrated by AAV4x4 for the installed wheel and tyre configuration.
The vehicle preparation incorporates a dedicated AAV4x4 Fuso electrical integration package, including the applicable vehicle wiring, lighting integration, fuse protection and mounting provisions required for the AAV4x4-installed equipment.

This listing is for a new AAV4x4-prepared Fuso FGB71 4x4 Single Cab chassis. A tray, canopy, camper body or motorhome body is not included unless separately specified.
A winch, optional integrated low-beam lights, driving lights, aerials and other optional accessories are not included unless separately specified.
For customers regularly towing a caravan or other trailer over approximately 2500kg for long distances, AAV4x4 recommends considering the 35x12.5R17 Xplora tyre configuration.
OEM components removed as part of the AAV4x4 conversion are retained by AAV4x4 where applicable and are accounted for as part of the vehicle package.
Due to the size of these vehicles, delivery may involve the truck being driven rather than transported. A new vehicle may therefore have delivery kilometres recorded when supplied.
