The AAV4x4 New Fuso 2026 Euro 6 FGB71 4x4 Crew Cab Chassis combines the current Fuso Canter 4x4 Crew Cab platform with a comprehensive AAV4x4 super-single conversion, front protection, wheel-clearance and electrical integration package.
This configuration is built around the 7-seat FGB71 Crew Cab and fitted with five heavy-duty 17x9" steel super-single wheels and 37x13.5R17LT all-terrain tyres.
The completed vehicle retains a 6500kg GVM and 10,000kg GCM and incorporates the applicable Second Stage Manufacturing conversion, updated tyre placard, front wheel flares, speedometer recalibration, fitted AAV4x4 recovery bull bar and dedicated vehicle electrical integration.
The base vehicle is the current Fuso Canter FGB71 4x4 Wide Crew Cab, providing seating for up to seven people including the driver.
The Euro 6 driveline produces 110kW and 400Nm and is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Factory off-road equipment includes lockable front hubs, a rear limited-slip differential and low-range gearing, providing a capable starting platform for touring, expedition, remote-area and specialist work applications.
This configuration provides a 6500kg Gross Vehicle Mass together with a 10,000kg Gross Combination Mass.
This makes the chassis particularly suitable as a starting point for substantial expedition bodies, motorhomes, service bodies and other builds where available vehicle mass and combination capacity need to be considered from the outset.
The vehicle is fitted with five matching 37x13.5R17LT all-terrain tyres mounted to heavy-duty 17x9" steel super-single rims.
The all-terrain tread design provides a versatile alternative for vehicles that regularly move between sealed roads, gravel, dirt and more demanding off-road surfaces.
Compared with a dedicated mud-terrain pattern, this configuration is aimed at retaining strong off-road capability while providing a more road-oriented tyre choice for vehicles expected to cover significant touring distances.

The conversion uses 17x9" 6-stud heavy-duty steel rims configured for super-single use on the FGB71.
The rims are DOT stamped, have a stated load rating of 2300kg per rim and have been tested in accordance with SAE J2530a.
Appropriate high-pressure valve components are incorporated into the wheel assemblies before the tyres are professionally fitted and balanced.
The package includes five matching super-single wheel and tyre assemblies, providing four road wheels together with a matching full-size spare.
This creates a consistent wheel and tyre configuration across the vehicle and avoids relying on a differently sized spare when travelling in remote areas.
Front protection is provided by an AAV4x4 FGB71 rated recovery bull bar professionally fitted as part of the completed vehicle package.
The design combines an alloy outer structure with a heavy-duty steel winch cradle, providing integrated front protection together with recovery and accessory provisions.
A winch, optional low-beam lights, driving lights and aerials are not included unless separately specified.
The wider super-single wheel package incorporates the applicable fibreglass front wheel-arch flares and flare-extension components.
These components provide additional body coverage around the wider wheel and tyre assemblies and form part of the complete AAV4x4 conversion rather than treating the larger wheels as a stand-alone tyre upgrade.
The vehicle receives the applicable Second Stage Manufacturing conversion for the FGB71 6500kg super-single configuration.
The conversion incorporates the applicable approval process, updated tyre placard, wheel-arch flare package, wheel hardware and related vehicle preparation.
This conversion applies to the new, previously unregistered vehicle included in this package.
The larger 37" tyres have a different rolling circumference from the original Fuso wheel and tyre package.
The vehicle speedometer computer is recalibrated by AAV4x4 to suit the fitted wheel and tyre configuration as part of the completed conversion.
The conversion incorporates 41mm visual wheel-nut movement indicators on the applicable wheel hardware.
When positioned consistently, these provide a convenient visual reference during routine vehicle inspections and can make unexpected wheel-nut movement easier to identify.
A dedicated AAV4x4 Fuso wiring and electrical integration package forms part of the completed vehicle preparation.
The package includes vehicle-specific main wiring, lighting adapters and extensions, bull-bar and headlight integration, left and right rear-light wiring, fuse protection and dedicated electrical mounting components.
This creates an organised electrical foundation for the converted chassis and its AAV4x4-installed equipment.
