The STEDI ST4K 52" Double-Row LED Light Bar – Professionally Fitted by AAV4x4 is a high-output driving light designed to combine exceptional long-range projection with broad peripheral illumination. Using 100 OSRAM OSLON LEDs arranged across dedicated spot and flood reflectors, it delivers a balanced beam ideally suited to highway driving, remote touring and demanding off-road conditions.
The ST4K produces 24,000 lumens with a peak intensity of 1,104,000 candela. Its concentrated spot beam reaches 1 lux at 1,050 metres, while the integrated flood reflectors illuminate approximately 55 metres to each side of the vehicle, providing excellent visibility across road shoulders and surrounding terrain.
This package includes the STEDI ST4K 52" LED Light Bar, complete mounting hardware, Easy-Fit high-beam wiring equipment and professional installation by AAV4x4. Once installed, the system is aligned, tested and ready for use.
The ST4K combines separate reflector designs to provide outstanding forward distance while maintaining excellent peripheral visibility. Its central bank of spot reflectors projects light well ahead of the vehicle, while flood reflectors positioned at each end widen the beam across the road shoulders and surrounding landscape.

This produces a focused 5.8-degree spot beam combined with a 50-degree flood beam, making the light bar equally capable on open highways, remote tracks and challenging off-road terrain.
With a peak intensity of 1,104,000 candela, the ST4K projects usable illumination to 1 lux at 1,050 metres. This extended beam distance provides more time to identify wildlife, road hazards, obstacles and changes in terrain.
The integrated flood optics simultaneously illuminate approximately 55 metres to either side of the vehicle, helping improve visibility beyond the central driving line.
The ST4K uses 100 OSRAM OSLON LEDs selected to work with the dedicated reflector system. Together they produce 24,000 lumens at a 5700K colour temperature, delivering a crisp white output that enhances contrast and road definition during night driving.
STEDI's Pure-Drive circuit directs approximately 97% of the available electrical input directly to the LEDs, maximising efficiency while maintaining stable performance.
The light bar draws approximately 23.2 amps at 13.6 volts and is compatible with both 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems.
The ST4K combines an A360.0 cast-aluminium faceplate with an extruded aluminium heat sink to provide structural strength while efficiently dissipating heat generated during operation.
The housing is finished with a UV- and abrasion-resistant polyester powder coat for long-term durability in demanding environments.
An optical-grade Lexan lens with a hard-coated surface is designed to resist impacts from road debris while maintaining excellent optical clarity. The lens works with the individual reflector geometry to preserve both the long-range spot beam and wide flood pattern.
The ST4K carries an IP68 ingress-protection rating, protecting the internal components against dust and water. It is specified as waterproof to a depth of up to three metres.
A pressure-equalisation vent incorporating a Gore membrane helps balance internal pressure while preventing the entry of moisture, dust and contaminants.
AAV4x4 professionally mounts, wires and aligns the ST4K light bar using the supplied mounting hardware and Easy-Fit wiring equipment. Installation includes connection to the vehicle's high-beam circuit using an appropriate wiring method for the individual vehicle.
The light bar may be mounted using either the supplied adjustable sliding brackets or stainless-steel side brackets, depending on the vehicle, available mounting structure and preferred installation method. Once installed, the system is fully tested prior to delivery.
Important: Professional installation by AAV4x4 is included. Final mounting method and wiring configuration depend on the vehicle, available mounting structure, electrical system and high-beam circuit. Additional vehicle-specific mounting hardware or electrical adapters may be required where the supplied components are not directly compatible.
