The STEDI ST4K 52" Double-Row LED Light Bar is a high-output driving light designed to combine long-range projection with broad peripheral illumination. Using 100 OSRAM OSLON LEDs arranged across dedicated spot and flood reflectors, it delivers a balanced beam suited to highway driving, remote touring and off-road travel.
The ST4K produces 24,000 lumens with a peak intensity of 1,104,000 candela. Its central spot beam reaches 1 lux at 1,050 metres, while the outer flood reflectors spread useful light approximately 55 metres to each side of the vehicle.
This product is supplied unfitted with two mounting systems and an Easy-Fit high-beam wiring harness, allowing it to be installed on a compatible bull bar, roof rack or other suitable supporting structure.
The ST4K uses separate reflector types to provide both forward distance and useful width. Its central bank of spot reflectors concentrates light along the road ahead, while flood reflectors positioned at both ends widen the beam across the shoulders and surrounding terrain.

This layout produces a focused 5.8-degree spot beam together with a 50-degree flood beam, making the light bar suitable for driving conditions where both distance and peripheral awareness are important.
With a peak intensity of 1,104,000 candela, the ST4K reaches 1 lux at 1,050 metres. This long-range output provides improved visibility along open roads and remote tracks, helping the driver identify hazards, road changes and obstacles further ahead.
The flood portion of the beam extends approximately 55 metres to either side of the vehicle, adding useful illumination beyond the concentrated centre of the beam.
The light bar uses 100 OSRAM OSLON LEDs selected for their luminous output and compatibility with the ST4K optical system. The LEDs produce a combined output of 24,000 lumens at a 5700K colour temperature.
The 5700K white output provides clear definition of road surfaces, tracks and surrounding terrain during night driving.
STEDI's Pure-Drive circuit is designed to direct approximately 97% of the light bar's input power to the LEDs. The ST4K draws approximately 23.2 amps at 13.6 volts and is compatible with both 12V and 24V vehicle electrical systems.
The ST4K combines an A360.0 cast-aluminium faceplate with an extruded aluminium heat sink. This construction provides a rigid outer structure while allowing operating heat to dissipate away from the LEDs.
The housing is finished with a polyester powder coating designed to resist UV exposure and abrasion.
The optical-grade Lexan lens features a hard-coated surface intended to withstand exposure to road debris, dust and demanding off-road conditions. Its clear optical properties work with the individual reflectors to maintain the intended spot and flood beam patterns.
The light bar carries an IP68 ingress-protection rating, providing protection against dust, particles and water. It is specified as waterproof to a depth of up to three metres.
A pressure-equalisation vent with a Gore membrane helps balance internal pressure while restricting the entry of water, dust and contaminants.
The ST4K is supplied with both adjustable sliding brackets and side-mounting brackets, providing flexibility for different installation arrangements.
The three sliding brackets can be positioned along the lower mounting channel, allowing their bolt locations to be aligned with suitable existing mounting points. This can simplify installation on compatible bull-bar decks, UHF mounting tabs and custom structures.
The supplied 3mm-thick 304 stainless-steel side brackets support mounting from the ends of the light bar. They provide approximately 15mm of upward or downward height adjustment to assist with positioning and beam alignment.
An Easy-Fit plug-and-play wiring harness is included for connection to a compatible vehicle high-beam circuit. The harness incorporates the principal switching and protection components required for installation and is supplied with both H4 and HB3 piggyback adapters.
The harness includes integrated electronics designed for use with both positively and negatively switched high-beam systems. A different vehicle-specific piggyback adapter may be required where the supplied H4 or HB3 connectors do not match the vehicle.
