Vehicle-specific alloy scrub-bar and roof-pod system for compatible Isuzu NPS 75 / 300 Dual Cab models from 2008 onwards, professionally fitted by AAV4x4.
The system combines cab-side scrub bars with a low-profile roof pod, twin flat rack areas and an integrated wind deflector, providing additional roof utility while maintaining the vehicle-specific Dual Cab configuration.
The alloy scrub bars follow the sides of the Isuzu NPS Dual Cab and form part of the complete roof-pod support and cab-protection structure.
The vehicle-specific design avoids the need to adapt a generic roof-rack system to the NPS cab profile.
The roof pod incorporates two flat rack sections positioned across the Dual Cab roof structure.
Each section provides approximately 1850mm x 1000mm of rack area, creating mounting space for compatible touring, work or vehicle equipment.
The current AAV4x4 specification provides a 75kg static load rating when the load is evenly distributed across the roof-pod system.
A front wind deflector forms part of the roof-pod assembly and provides the integrated mounting area for a compatible auxiliary light bar.
The system also incorporates provision for routing the applicable light wiring through the roof-pod arrangement.
The scrub-bar and roof-pod structure uses alloy construction with a powder-coated finish for the current AAV4x4 configuration.
This is a fully fitted product installed by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.
Installation includes assembly and secure mounting of the scrub-bar and roof-pod system, installation of the wind deflector and fitting hardware, gutter protection and final fitment checks.

The stated 75kg static load rating applies to an evenly distributed load across the roof-pod system.
A light bar, solar panel, recovery equipment or other roof-mounted accessories are not listed as included with this SKU unless separately specified.
