Isuzu NPS Dual Cab 2008+ Kinetic Above-Chassis Mount Kit – Supply Only

AAV4x4 kinetic above-chassis mounting kit for compatible Isuzu NPS Dual Cab 2008+ vehicles.

The kit provides eight powdercoated chassis mounting brackets together with the springs, bushes and high-strength mounting hardware required for an above-chassis kinetic tray or body mounting arrangement.

This product is supplied as a kit only and is unfitted. The upper mounting structure is not included and must be fabricated by the installer using the required 75 x 40 structural steel.

Kit Contents

• 8 x powdercoated chassis mounting brackets
• 8 x kinetic subframe springs
• 8 x Grade 10.9 Dacromet-coated chassis bolts
• 8 x white-zinc-plated nyloc nuts
• 24 x zinc-plated chassis washers
• 8 x urethane bushes

Kinetic Mounting System

The kinetic mounting arrangement provides a dedicated connection between the vehicle chassis and the tray, body or subframe structure using spring and urethane mounting components at eight chassis mounting positions.

Each mounting position uses a high-strength chassis bolt, nyloc nut, three washers, a urethane bush and a kinetic spring in conjunction with the powdercoated chassis bracket.

Hardware Finishes

The Grade 10.9 chassis bolts use a Dacromet surface finish. The supplied nyloc nuts are white-zinc plated and the chassis washers are zinc plated.

Correct installation and final integration with the tray, body or subframe remain the responsibility of the installer.
