Complete AAV4x4 kinetic subframe, auxiliary diesel and water storage package for compatible Isuzu NPS 75 Dual Cab models from 2016 onwards.
The system combines a 150L auxiliary diesel tank and 290L water tank with the AAV4x4 kinetic subframe, providing 440 litres of combined onboard tank capacity while allowing the tray or canopy mounting structure to accommodate chassis movement.
This is a fully fitted package, mechanically installed, plumbed, electrically connected and operationally tested by AAV4x4.
The kinetic mounting arrangement is designed to reduce the transfer of chassis twist into the tray or canopy structure while maintaining a secure connection between the body and chassis.
The current Dual Cab configuration uses a nominal 3530mm frame length, with approximately 200mm of overhang beyond the OEM chassis and provision for a tray length of up to approximately 3700mm where appropriate.
A 150-litre auxiliary diesel tank is incorporated into the package, together with its tank-level sender, filler arrangement and electric fuel-transfer system.
The current assembly uses a 24V electric fuel-transfer pump rated up to 190 litres per hour to transfer fuel from the auxiliary tank toward the vehicle's primary fuel tank.
The rear water system provides 290 litres of onboard water capacity.
The current installation incorporates a 24V automatic diaphragm water pump with an open-flow rating of approximately 5.0L/min, together with the applicable filler, tank sender and water outlet hardware.
Two tank-level senders are incorporated into the current assembly and connected to a single in-cabin level gauge arrangement, allowing the applicable tank level to be monitored.
The packaging requirements of this Dual Cab subframe and tank system require the applicable 3-inch 441 stainless steel exhaust upgrade.
The current fitted Vision assembly includes that exhaust system as part of this package.
The complete system is professionally installed by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.
Installation includes subframe mounting, tank installation, filler and outlet plumbing, fuel-transfer equipment, electrical connection, tank-monitoring equipment, the applicable exhaust system and final operational checks.

The tank and subframe arrangement occupies the standard spare-wheel area. Alternative spare-wheel positioning is therefore required.
