The AAV4x4 three-position battery tray is designed for compatible Isuzu NPS 2014+ vehicles, providing a secure and space-efficient platform for auxiliary battery installations.
The tray can accommodate up to three compatible 120Ah lithium or AGM batteries. It may also be configured with two batteries, leaving the third position available for compatible electrical equipment such as a DC-DC charger, battery isolator or junction box.
Its chassis-specific design allows it to bolt directly to the compatible Isuzu NPS chassis without cutting, welding or drilling. This product is supplied unfitted.
The tray is divided into three battery positions, allowing the auxiliary battery system to be configured according to the vehicle’s power requirements.

The tray is designed for compatible 120Ah lithium batteries, including batteries with a similar form factor to suitable iTech models, as well as compatible 120Ah AGM batteries.
Battery dimensions must be confirmed before installation. Capacity alone does not determine physical compatibility, as battery case dimensions and terminal positions vary between manufacturers and models.
The tray is engineered to bolt directly to the compatible Isuzu NPS chassis. The supplied design uses dedicated side mounting brackets, allowing installation without cutting, welding or drilling the chassis.
Exact fitment should be confirmed against the vehicle model, chassis configuration and any existing equipment occupying the installation area.
The tray is manufactured from powder-coated steel for use in demanding vehicle applications. The formed base, rear panel, side supports and retaining structure create a rigid mounting platform for the installed batteries.
The black powder-coated finish provides a durable exterior suitable for a chassis-mounted auxiliary battery installation.
A front retaining bar spans the battery positions to help secure the installed batteries within the tray. The retaining structure can be positioned to suit the completed battery configuration.
All batteries must be correctly restrained before the vehicle is operated.
Multiple circular openings are formed into the base and rear section of the tray. These provide routing and access points for compatible battery cabling and electrical connections.
Suitable cable protection must be used wherever wiring passes through or near the metal tray.
The tray keeps the auxiliary batteries mounted low on the chassis, preserving space inside the vehicle cab or motorhome body.
When used with two batteries, the remaining position can provide a central mounting area for compatible charging, isolation or power-distribution equipment.

This product is the battery tray assembly only. Batteries, DC-DC chargers, isolators, junction boxes, cables and other electrical components are not included unless separately specified.
Battery dimensions and terminal positions must be checked before installation. Not every battery described as 120Ah will have the same physical dimensions.
The tray must be installed on a compatible Isuzu NPS chassis, and all batteries, electrical components and cables must be securely mounted and protected.
