Isuzu NPS 2009+ Postitve Front Diff E-Locker - Fitted

Upgrade your Isuzu NPS with the confidence of a professionally installed front ELocker. This complete AAV4x4 package includes supply and fitment of a genuine Harrop selectable front differential locker, giving you instant access to maximum front axle traction whenever conditions demand it.

During normal driving, the front differential operates exactly as the factory intended, allowing smooth cornering, predictable handling and normal tyre wear. When additional traction is needed, simply press the supplied dash-mounted switch and the front differential locks solid, delivering equal drive to both front wheels to help maintain momentum through mud, sand, rocky climbs, deep ruts and other challenging terrain.

Unlike air-operated lockers, the Harrop ELocker uses a proven electromagnetic locking system. There are no air compressors, airlines or pneumatic fittings to install or maintain, making it an exceptionally reliable and low-maintenance solution for serious touring, commercial and off-road vehicles.

How It Works

The Harrop ELocker functions as a conventional open differential during everyday driving, allowing the left and right front wheels to rotate independently for smooth steering and normal road manners.

When the locker is engaged via the dash-mounted switch, an internal electromagnetic mechanism locks the differential, ensuring both front wheels receive equal drive. Once the obstacle has been negotiated, simply switch the locker off and the differential immediately returns to normal operation.

Electrical Requirements

The ELocker operates on 12V. As the Isuzu NPS uses a 24V electrical system, a suitable 24V-to-12V converter is incorporated as part of the installation where required.
