Isuzu NPS 2008+ Front Multi-Leaf Suspension Kit with Blocked OEM Rear & Long-Travel Shocks – Supply Only
Suspension upgrade kit for compatible Isuzu NPS models from 2008 onwards, combining upgraded front multi-leaf springs with a rear spacer-block arrangement for the retained OEM rear springs and front and rear long-travel shock absorbers.
The rear spacer arrangement is designed to match the approximately 50mm front suspension height increase.

Front Multi-Leaf Spring Upgrade
The kit replaces the factory front spring arrangement with upgraded multi-leaf spring assemblies.
Replacement bonded-rubber bushes are fitted to the supplied front leaf springs.
Blocked OEM Rear Suspension
This configuration is designed to retain the vehicle's OEM rear leaf-spring packs.
Rear spacer blocks and replacement U-bolts are used to match the approximately 50mm height increase at the front.
Long-Travel Shock Absorbers
The kit includes front and rear twin-tube long-travel shock absorbers with nitrogen-charged construction.
The current specified shock configuration uses a 40mm bore and 20mm shaft.

Depending on the individual vehicle and resulting suspension geometry, the front driveshaft and brake lines may require extension or modification during installation. Those vehicle-specific modifications are not included as supplied components of this kit.
