Isuzu NPS 2008+ Front & Rear Multi-Leaf Suspension Upgrade with Remote Canister Shocks – Fitted

Complete front and rear suspension upgrade for compatible Isuzu NPS models from 2008 onwards, combining upgraded multi-leaf spring packs with adjustable remote-canister shock absorbers and the supporting driveline and brake-hose modifications included in the current AAV4x4 installation.

This is a fully fitted package professionally installed by AAV4x4 and completed with a wheel alignment.

Front & Rear Multi-Leaf Spring Upgrade

Both the front and rear spring assemblies are replaced with upgraded multi-leaf spring packs.

The front springs incorporate replacement bonded-rubber bushes together with the applicable polyurethane spring-bush components and angled grease nipples.

Remote Canister Shock Absorbers

Front and rear remote-canister shock absorbers form part of the suspension package.

The shocks provide 8-way adjustment and use 20mm shafts, allowing damping to be adjusted to better suit vehicle load and operating conditions.

Replacement U-Bolts

Replacement U-bolts are included as part of the upgraded spring installation.

Driveshaft Modification

The current fitted AAV4x4 assembly includes a front driveshaft extension / adjustment to accommodate the revised suspension geometry.

Extended Rear Brake Hoses

The fitted package includes a pair of 650mm extended rear brake hoses as specified by the current AAV4x4 assembly.

Wheel Alignment Included

A wheel alignment is carried out following the suspension installation.

Professional AAV4x4 Installation

The complete package is professionally fitted by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.

Installation includes removal and replacement of the applicable suspension components, installation of the upgraded spring and shock assemblies, fitting of the supporting brake-hose and driveline components, final suspension checks and wheel alignment.

Maintenance Note

Suspension fasteners and U-bolts should be checked after the initial settling period, including a U-bolt check at approximately 500km.
