Complete fitted suspension package for compatible Isuzu NPS models from 2008 onwards, combining upgraded front multi-leaf springs with the retained OEM rear spring packs, rear spacer blocks and front and rear twin-tube long-travel shock absorbers.
The rear OEM springs are spacer-blocked to match the approximately 50mm height increase at the front.
The factory front spring arrangement is replaced with upgraded multi-leaf spring assemblies.
Replacement bonded-rubber bushes are fitted to the upgraded front leaf springs.
The factory rear spring packs are retained in this configuration rather than replaced with upgraded rear multi-leaf packs.
Spacer blocks are used at the rear to match the approximately 50mm front suspension height increase, together with the applicable replacement U-bolts.
Front and rear twin-tube long-travel shock absorbers form part of this package.
The current specification uses a 40mm bore, 20mm shaft and nitrogen-charged construction.
The current fitted assembly includes a front driveshaft extension / adjustment and a pair of 650mm extended rear brake hoses.
A wheel alignment is completed after the suspension installation.
This suspension package is professionally fitted by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.
Installation includes front spring replacement, rear spacer-block installation, shock-absorber replacement, supporting brake-hose and driveline work, final suspension checks and wheel alignment.

Suspension fasteners and U-bolts should be checked after the initial settling period, including a U-bolt check at approximately 500km.
