Complete fitted suspension upgrade for compatible Isuzu NPS models from 2008 onwards, combining upgraded front multi-leaf springs with the vehicle's retained OEM rear spring packs, rear spacer blocks and adjustable front and rear remote-canister shock absorbers.
The rear OEM springs are spacer-blocked to match the approximately 50mm height increase at the front.
The factory front spring arrangement is replaced with upgraded multi-leaf spring assemblies.
Replacement bonded-rubber bushes are fitted to the front leaf springs together with the applicable polyurethane bush components and angled grease nipples.
Rather than replacing the rear leaf-spring packs, this configuration retains the OEM rear springs.
The rear suspension uses spacer blocks to bring the rear ride height into line with the approximately 50mm increase at the front.
Front and rear remote-canister shock absorbers provide 8-way adjustable damping and use 20mm shafts.
The adjustable configuration allows shock damping to be tailored to suit changing vehicle load and driving conditions.
The current fitted assembly includes a front driveshaft extension / adjustment together with a pair of 650mm extended rear brake hoses.
A wheel alignment is completed following the suspension installation.
This package is professionally fitted by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.
Installation includes the applicable front spring replacement, rear spacer-block installation, shock installation, supporting brake-hose and driveline work, final suspension checks and wheel alignment.

Suspension fasteners and U-bolts should be checked after the initial settling period, including a U-bolt check at approximately 500km.
