AAV4X4 sump guard kit powdercoated to suit Isuzu NPS 2008+ models, supplied unfitted for installation by the customer, workshop or vehicle builder.
Built from 3mm thick 350 grade steel, this sump guard kit is designed to add heavy-duty protection to the lower engine and sump area.
This kit is made for 4x4 touring, off-road travel and work vehicle applications where the underside of the vehicle may be exposed to rocks, ruts, scrub, debris and rough-road impacts. Unlike radiator and condenser guards, this kit is built primarily for underbody protection rather than ventilation.

Installation Notes
- Read the supplied fitting instructions before installation.
- Use the supplied brackets, bolts, washers and nyloc nuts during installation.
- Ensure all fasteners are tightened securely.
- Check clearance around the sump, engine, crossmembers, steering, suspension and surrounding components after fitting.
- Recheck fasteners after initial driving, especially after off-road use.
- Inspect the guards periodically for damage, loose hardware or trapped debris.
