Heavy-duty fitted winch bull bar package for compatible Isuzu NPS NH 4x4 models from 2008 onwards, combining a high-tensile structural-grade alloy bull bar with a purpose-built steel chassis-mounted winch support system.
This configuration is professionally fitted by AAV4x4 and supplied in a Textura Black powder-coated finish.
The bull bar is engineered to accommodate selected low-mount winches up to 20,000lb. A winch is not included with this SKU.
The main bull bar structure is manufactured from high-tensile structural-grade alloy and incorporates a fully welded single-piece main channel.
The alloy construction provides substantial front-end protection while reducing mass compared with an equivalent fully steel outer bull bar structure.
The winch mounting arrangement uses a purpose-built steel support system secured directly to the vehicle chassis.
This separates the high-load winch mounting structure from the alloy outer protection structure and provides the foundation for compatible recovery-winch installations.
The bull bar is engineered for selected low-mount winches up to 20,000lb.

Winch compatibility should be confirmed before installation because physical dimensions, motor position and control-box arrangement can vary between winch models.
This configuration is supplied with blanking plates fitted in the dedicated low-beam-light positions.
The bull bar remains compatible with the applicable low-beam headlight upgrade, allowing compatible lighting to be added separately where required.
Low-beam headlights are not included with this SKU.
LED combination lighting forms part of the standard bull-bar assembly and is integrated into the front protection structure.
A full-width braced lower protection skirt extends beneath the main bull-bar channel to provide additional protection to the lower front section of the vehicle.
Air-directional cooling vents are incorporated into the bull-bar design to maintain airflow toward the vehicle cooling system.
The bull bar incorporates mounting provisions for compatible auxiliary driving lights and communications aerials.
The spotlight mounting points are positioned approximately 350mm centre-to-centre.
The vehicle-specific bull bar is ADR compliant and airbag compatible for its supported Isuzu NPS application.
This AAV4x4 configuration uses the Textura Black powder-coated finish.
This is a fully fitted product installed by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.
Installation includes secure mounting of the complete bull-bar and chassis-support assembly, final positioning and post-installation fitment checks.
