Complete front-and-rear multi-leaf suspension upgrade kit for compatible Isuzu NPS 2000–2008 vehicles.
This is the suspension-component kit used in AAV4x4's fitted NPS 2000–2008 front-and-rear multi-leaf upgrade and includes the upgraded spring and shock-absorber package without installation, wheel alignment or separate driveline modification work.
This product is supplied unfitted.

Front Multi-Leaf Springs
The kit includes the applicable upgraded front multi-leaf spring package together with the front replacement spring-bush components and replacement U-bolts.
Rear Multi-Leaf Springs
The rear suspension component of the kit uses an upgraded replacement multi-leaf spring package rather than a spacer-block arrangement on the original rear springs.
Replacement rear U-bolts are included as part of the suspension package.
Front & Rear Long-Travel Shocks
Front and rear twin-tube long-travel shock absorbers form part of the kit.
The applicable shock specification is:
- 40mm bore
- 20mm shaft
- Nitrogen charged
Rear Spring Pins
Rear spring-pin requirements should be confirmed when ordering.
The current Vision product record specifically requires confirmation of whether replacement rear pins are needed for the particular vehicle.
