Isuzu NPS 2000–2008 Front & Rear Multi-Leaf Suspension Upgrade – Fitted
Upgrade the suspension of a compatible Isuzu NPS 2000–2008 with this complete front-and-rear multi-leaf suspension package, professionally installed by AAV4x4.
The package replaces the front and rear spring arrangements with upgraded multi-leaf springs and incorporates front and rear long-travel twin-tube shock absorbers, replacement U-bolts, applicable front spring bushes and the driveline work required by the current fitted configuration.
A professional wheel alignment is completed after installation.

Front Multi-Leaf Upgrade
The original front spring arrangement is replaced with the applicable upgraded multi-leaf spring package.
The current installation also incorporates replacement bonded-rubber bushes at the front leaf springs and replacement U-bolts.
Rear Multi-Leaf Upgrade
The rear suspension is upgraded with a replacement multi-leaf spring package rather than retaining the original rear springs on spacer blocks.
Replacement rear U-bolts form part of the completed suspension installation.
Front & Rear Long-Travel Shocks
The package uses twin-tube long-travel shock absorbers at both the front and rear.
The current shock specification is:
- 40mm bore
- 20mm shaft
- Nitrogen charged
Front Drive-Shaft Extension
The current fitted Vision assembly includes modification of the front drive-shaft arrangement following the spring lift.
The listed driveline work provides approximately 50mm of free play for the supported suspension configuration.
Professional Installation & Alignment
AAV4x4 professionally installs the spring, bush, U-bolt, shock-absorber and driveline components at our Brendale workshop.
A wheel alignment is completed after the suspension installation.

Maintenance Notes
The current AAV4x4 product instructions specify that the suspension U-bolts should be checked after the first 500km.
Regular greasing is also recommended for vehicles used off-road, with the current AAV4x4 guidance specifying approximately every 5,000km.
