The Noxsolis NX852 52" Double-Row LED Light Bar is a high-output combination-beam driving light designed to deliver both substantial long-range visibility and broad illumination across the area immediately ahead of the vehicle. Its double-row LED arrangement produces a powerful, balanced beam suited to highway driving, remote touring, off-road travel and demanding work-vehicle applications.

Using high-performance OSRAM OSLON® LEDs, the NX852 produces 21,375 raw lumens with a clear 5700K white output. The concentrated central portion of the beam reaches 1 lux at 915 metres, while the wider flood component spreads light across the road edges and surrounding terrain.

This product is supplied unfitted with side-mounting brackets, bottom-mounting brackets and the required mounting hardware, allowing installation on a compatible bull bar, nudge bar, roof rack or other suitable supporting structure.

Combination Beam Performance

The NX852 uses a combination-beam optical system to provide both wide flood illumination and concentrated forward reach. The flood section spreads light across the area immediately ahead of the vehicle, while the spot section projects a strong central beam further along the road or track.

This arrangement provides illumination across a broad range of distances rather than concentrating all available output into a narrow pencil beam. It is particularly useful in changing driving conditions where visibility directly ahead, along the road edges and further into the distance are all important.

1 Lux at 915 Metres

The NX852 reaches 1 lux at 915 metres, providing substantial forward visibility for identifying wildlife, obstacles, road changes and variations in terrain.

The strong central beam is supported by wide illumination closer to the vehicle, producing a practical lighting pattern for both open-road and off-road driving.

21,375 Raw Lumens

The double-row OSRAM OSLON® LED array produces 21,375 raw lumens. This output is directed through the light bar's combination optics to provide a balance of distance and spread.

The double-row layout allows the NX852 to produce significantly more output than a compact single-row design while maintaining a clean, integrated light-bar format.

5700K White Output

The NX852 produces a 5700K white light, providing clear illumination of sealed roads, gravel surfaces, tracks, roadside vegetation and surrounding terrain.

The clean white output supports useful contrast and definition across a variety of night-time driving environments.

Double-Row LED Design

The two-row LED configuration provides the output required for wide flood coverage and long-range spot illumination within a single housing. This makes the NX852 suitable for vehicles requiring substantial lighting performance from one centrally mounted light bar.

The 52-inch width provides coverage across a large area in front of the vehicle and is suited to installations with sufficient mounting space and structural support.

Heavy-Duty Construction

The NX852 uses a durable die-cast aluminium housing designed for demanding road, touring and off-road environments. The rigid aluminium body protects the internal components while also helping dissipate heat generated by the 400W LED system.

An impact-resistant polycarbonate lens protects the LEDs and internal optics from road debris, branches, mud, dust and other hazards encountered during vehicle use.

IP67 and IP69K Protection

The NX852 carries both IP67 and IP69K ingress-protection ratings.

  • IP67: Protection against dust and temporary immersion in water
  • IP69K: Protection against close-range, high-pressure and high-temperature water spray

These ratings make the light bar suitable for use in rain, mud, dust and demanding outdoor environments. The IP69K rating also provides protection during appropriate high-pressure vehicle cleaning.

12V and 24V Compatibility

The NX852 operates on both 12V and 24V electrical systems, allowing it to be installed on a broad range of four-wheel drives, utes, trucks and commercial vehicles.

The specified current draw is:

  • 19.93A at 13.8V
  • 11.45A at 24V

An appropriately rated wiring harness, relay, fuse, switch and high-beam connection must be used to support the light bar's 400W electrical load.

Quad Electrical Circuit

The NX852 uses a quad electrical circuit configuration as part of its internal LED system. This supports the operation of the double-row LED array across the full width of the light bar.

R10 Electromagnetic Compatibility

The NX852 is approved to R10 electromagnetic compatibility standards. This helps reduce unwanted electromagnetic interference with compatible vehicle electronics, radios and communication equipment.

Sealed Deutsch Connection

A 2-pin Deutsch DT-P connector provides the electrical connection to the light bar. This sealed automotive connector is designed for environments where resistance to moisture, dust, dirt and vibration is important.

Flexible Mounting Options

The NX852 is supplied with two different mounting systems, allowing the installation method to be selected according to the vehicle and supporting structure.

Side-Mounting Brackets

Two side brackets allow the light bar to be supported from each end. This mounting method also allows the beam angle to be adjusted during installation.

Bottom-Mounting Brackets

Three bottom brackets are included for installations requiring support along the lower section of the light bar. Their positioning can be selected to suit compatible mounting points and available structures.

The supplied mounting options make the NX852 suitable for installation on compatible:

  • Bull bars
  • Nudge bars
  • Roof racks
  • Custom mounting structures
  • Other appropriately supported vehicle mounting positions
