Upgrade a compatible Hino 817 with this professionally fitted winch-compatible bull bar package incorporating a pair of integrated 90mm LED low-beam headlights.

The package combines the Hino-specific Ripple Black winch-compatible bull bar with two compact LED low-beam headlamps, the applicable wiring looms and professional mechanical and auto-electrical installation by AAV4x4.

Winch-Compatible Bull Bar

The Hino 817 bull bar incorporates provision for a compatible winch installation while also providing dedicated locations for the supplied low-beam headlights.

A winch is not included with this SKU. Winch selection and compatibility must be considered separately.

90mm LED Low-Beam Headlights

The fitted package uses a pair of compact 90mm LED low-beam headlights.

Each lamp combines the low-beam function with integrated front-position and daytime-running-light functions.

Electrical Specifications

The exact headlight model operates across a 9–32V DC range, making it suitable for the Hino electrical installation used in this package.

Each lamp is rated at:

• 16.8W low beam
• 0.5W front-position light
• 6W daytime-running light

Headlight Construction

The low-beam lamps use a polycarbonate lens and die-cast aluminium housing.

The headlight assemblies carry an IP67 environmental rating.

Beam Position & Alignment

Correct low-beam positioning and alignment form an important part of this installation.

AAV4x4 mounts the lamps in the bull bar, completes the applicable electrical connections and checks the low-beam alignment after installation.

Professional AAV4x4 Installation

This is a fully fitted package installed at the AAV4x4 Brendale workshop.

Installation includes secure mounting of the bull bar, installation of both 90mm low-beam headlights, connection of the applicable lighting looms, electrical testing and final beam alignment.
