Add a dedicated driveline breather system to a compatible Hino 817 during the cab/chassis stage of a new vehicle build with this professionally fitted AAV4x4 package.
The system incorporates the Hino 817 breather receiver and fitting components, 13 metres of black 8mm nylon breather tubing and a protective cover arrangement for the differential, transfer-case and gearbox breather installation.
This exact SKU is configured specifically for new-build installation while the vehicle remains at the cab/chassis stage.
The package provides the receiver, fittings and tubing required to route the applicable Hino 817 differential, transfer-case and gearbox breathers into the completed breather arrangement.
The fitted system incorporates 13 metres of black 8mm nylon breather tubing for routing the applicable driveline breather lines.
A dedicated breather receiver provides the termination point for the applicable breather plumbing.
The completed system also incorporates the protective cover arrangement supplied with the Hino 817 breather kit.
This product is specifically configured for installation while the vehicle remains at the cab/chassis stage of a new build.
Installation access and required work can change once a tray, body, canopy, tanks or other equipment have been fitted, so this SKU should not automatically be treated as a completed-vehicle retrofit package.
AAV4x4 professionally installs the breather system at our Brendale workshop.
Installation includes routing and securing the applicable breather tubing, fitting the receiver and associated connections, installing the protective cover and checking the completed breather arrangement.
