GXO Isuzu NPS 2014+ Fuel Manager 30 Micron Diesel Pre-Filter & Water Separator – Fitted

Professionally fitted diesel pre-filtration and water-separation system for compatible Isuzu NPS models from 2014 onwards used in GXO builds.

The Fuel Manager system is installed between the vehicle fuel tank and the original OEM fuel filter, providing an additional 30-micron filtration stage while retaining the vehicle manufacturer's original final fuel filter.

30-Micron Pre-Filtration

The 30-micron element acts as an additional filtration stage before diesel reaches the original vehicle filter.

Larger particulate contamination is captured by the pre-filter while the factory filter remains in place to perform the final filtration stage specified for the vehicle.

Water Separation

The system separates water from the incoming diesel supply and collects it in the clear lower inspection bowl.

The transparent bowl allows collected water and contamination to be visually checked during routine inspection.

Integrated Drain Tap

A manual drain tap is incorporated into the lower bowl to allow accumulated water and contamination to be drained during servicing.

Fuel-Line Installation

The Fuel Manager system uses the applicable 8mm / 5/16-inch fuel connections and is plumbed into the fuel supply line ahead of the OEM filter.

Professional AAV4x4 Installation

This GXO product is professionally fitted by AAV4x4 during the cab/chassis stage of the vehicle build.

Installation includes secure mounting of the filter assembly, fuel-line connection and routing, retention of the OEM filtration system, system priming where required, leak inspection and final operational checks.
