This professionally fitted GXO rear-bar package combines a Fuso towbar with two welded spare-wheel carriers and a centrally mounted swing-arm wheel winch.
The integrated design provides secure external storage for two compatible spare wheels while preserving valuable space inside the vehicle or motorhome module. A hand-operated winching crane assists with raising and lowering the heavy wheel and tyre assemblies, reducing the amount of manual lifting required during removal and refitting.
A matched left-hand and right-hand pair of 355 Series LED rear combination lamps is incorporated into the rear bar, providing the primary rear road-lighting functions within a compact installation.
The complete carrier, crane and lighting system is professionally mounted, electrically connected and operationally tested by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.
The system provides two dedicated mounting positions for compatible spare wheels. Carrying two spares is particularly valuable for remote-area travel, extended touring and operation on rough or unsealed roads where replacement tyres may not be readily available.
The welded carrier arrangement positions the spare wheels securely across the rear of the vehicle while keeping them accessible from outside the motorhome body.
Wheel and tyre dimensions must be confirmed before installation, as overall diameter, width, offset and weight can vary between vehicle configurations.
The centrally mounted crane incorporates a swing-arm arrangement and hand-operated winch to assist with handling the spare wheels.
The lifting system allows the wheel to be raised or lowered in a controlled manner rather than requiring the full wheel and tyre assembly to be manually lifted into position.
This is especially useful with large truck and off-road wheels, which can be difficult to safely handle without mechanical assistance.
A Pacific Brake BHW800 hand winch provides manual control of the lifting cable. The crank handle allows the operator to progressively raise or lower the connected spare wheel.
The winch operates with the supplied cable, rope and hook components. All lifting components must be correctly positioned and inspected before each use.
The wheel winching assembly uses a horizontal stainless-steel locking pin with a retaining clip to secure the mechanism in its travelling position.
The locking pin and retaining clip must be fully installed before the vehicle is driven. The crane, cable and hook must also be correctly secured so they cannot move during travel.
The rear bar includes a matched left-hand and right-hand pair of 355 Series LED rear combination lamps.

The compact lamp design allows the lighting to be integrated neatly into the rear-bar structure while maintaining clear visibility around the fitted spare wheels.
The carrier and crane system uses fabricated metal construction suitable for a chassis-mounted rear vehicle application.
The spare-wheel supports, central winching structure and associated brackets are integrated with the compatible GX rear bumper and towbar assembly to create a coordinated installation rather than separate stand-alone accessories.

This package is designed for installation with a compatible GX Fuso rear bumper and towbar assembly.
Spare wheels and tyres are not included unless separately specified.
The additional mass of the carriers, winching system and two spare wheels must be included when calculating vehicle payload, rear axle load, GVM and overall weight distribution.
Wheel and tyre dimensions must be confirmed before installation. Compatibility cannot be determined from tyre diameter alone, as wheel width, offset, stud pattern and total assembly weight may also affect fitment.
Before driving, confirm that both spare wheels are securely retained and that the crane, winch handle, hook, cable, locking pin and retaining clip are fully secured.
The wheel winching system is intended only for handling compatible spare-wheel assemblies. It must not be used as a recovery winch, lifting point or general-purpose crane.
