The Gen-Y Dual HULK Tow Hook is a heavy-duty recovery point designed to fit any standard 2" receiver hitch. Engineered for demanding recovery and towing situations, it features twin forged recovery hooks and also functions as a convenient rear receiver step when not in use.
Rated for loads up to 7,000kg towing capacity and an impressive 25-ton (50,000lb) recovery rating, the Dual HULK Tow Hook is ideal for 4WDs, touring vehicles, work utes, trucks and commercial vehicles requiring a robust rear recovery solution. The dual-hook design provides multiple recovery attachment points while the compact construction keeps it ready for use whenever required.
The Dual HULK incorporates two heavy-duty recovery hooks, providing flexible attachment options for recovery straps, bridles and other compatible recovery equipment. The twin-hook arrangement allows the recovery setup to be adapted to suit different recovery situations while maintaining a compact receiver-mounted design.
When recovery isn't required, the Dual HULK also serves as a convenient rear step, making it easier to access roof racks, ute trays, canopies and cargo areas. The robust construction is well suited to vehicles that regularly require rear access during work or touring.
The tow hook can be installed in either the vertical or horizontal position depending on vehicle configuration and personal preference. This flexibility allows the hooks to be positioned for convenient access while maintaining compatibility with a wide range of vehicles fitted with a 2" receiver.
Manufactured from heavy-duty steel, the Dual HULK Tow Hook is designed to withstand demanding recovery and towing environments. Its robust construction makes it suitable for off-road touring, commercial fleets, agricultural vehicles and work trucks that require dependable recovery equipment.
Inspect the tow hook, receiver shank, hitch pin and retaining clip before each use. Check for signs of wear, damage, corrosion or deformation, and ensure the hitch pin is correctly installed before towing or recovery operations.
Important: Recovery operations can place extremely high loads on recovery equipment. Always ensure the tow vehicle, receiver hitch, hitch pin, recovery gear and all associated components are correctly rated for the intended recovery or towing application. Never exceed the rating of the lowest-rated component in the system.
