Heavy-duty 4,500kg towbar kit to suit Fuso Canter applications, excluding FG84 models unless chassis drilling is performed.

This comprehensive towbar kit includes the major components required to install a 4,500kg rated towbar, including the towbar assembly, 50mm tow ball, heavy-duty ball mount, fitting hardware and towbar compliance stickers.

Note: No trailer plug or trailer electrics are included with this kit.

Important Fitment & Compliance Information

• To achieve the full 4,500kg rating, a 70mm ball and matching tongue must be used.
• For the matching 70mm ball and tongue setup, see Product Code 206229.
• If towing with a 50mm ball, towing capacity is limited based on the vehicle’s GVM, in accordance with NHVR Vehicle Standards Bulletin VSG-16.
• If the vehicle’s GVM is over 4,495kg, a Vehicle Compliance Plate (P1) must be fitted after installation.

• GVM 5,000kg or under: 3,500kg towing capacity
• GVM 6,000kg: 3,089kg towing capacity
• GVM 6,500kg: 2,972kg towing capacity
• GVM 7,000kg: 2,878kg towing capacity
• GVM 7,500kg: 2,801kg towing capacity

Additional Features

• Designed to allow a 37" spare tyre to mount below the chassis.
• The OEM tyre carrier must be moved forward 1–2 chassis holes to provide clearance.

Fitment Note

• This kit will not fit FG84 models unless the chassis is drilled to suit.

Important: This kit is supplied without trailer plug or trailer electrics. Final towing capacity depends on the vehicle GVM, tow ball and tongue setup, compliance requirements and final vehicle configuration.
