Fuso FGB71 Single Cab Kinetic Above-Chassis Mount Kit – 10 Mounts + 70 Components – Supply Only

The AAV4x4 Fuso FGB71 Single Cab Kinetic Above-Chassis Mount Kit provides the chassis-side mounting components required to create an above-chassis tray or body mounting system using AAV4x4 kinetic spring mounts.

The kit contains 10 powder-coated chassis mounts together with the matching springs, high-tensile bolts, nyloc nuts, washers and urethane bushes required for the ten mounting positions.

This product is supplied unfitted. The structural upper member is not included and must be fabricated or supplied separately as part of the completed tray or body installation.

Designed for the FGB71 Single Cab

This version is configured for the Fuso FGB71 Single Cab and uses ten chassis mounting positions.

It is separate from the shorter Dual Cab version, which uses a different quantity of chassis mounts and associated components.

Kinetic Spring Mounting System

Each chassis mounting position incorporates a kinetic spring and urethane bush as part of the mounting arrangement between the vehicle chassis and the separately constructed upper tray or body support structure.

The spring-based arrangement provides controlled movement within the mounting system rather than rigidly fixing every mounting point with a simple solid spacer.

Powder-Coated Chassis Mounts

The kit contains 10 drilled and powder-coated chassis mount brackets for the FGB71 Single Cab installation.

These form the vehicle-side mounting points for the kinetic hardware supplied in the kit.

High-Tensile Mounting Hardware

Ten Grade 10.9 high-tensile chassis bolts are supplied together with nyloc nuts and washers for the ten mounting positions.

The current bolts are Dacromet-coated, while the kit also includes the applicable washers, nyloc nuts and urethane bushes required by the mounting arrangement.

Urethane Bushes

A dedicated urethane bush is supplied for each of the ten mounting positions.

The bushes form part of the kinetic mounting assembly together with the spring, bolt, nut and washer components.

Upper Structural Member Not Included

The upper structural steel member is not supplied with this kit.

The current AAV4x4 installation specification uses a separately supplied 75x40 structural-steel upper member. Fabrication, final design and suitability of this upper structure remain part of the completed tray or body installation.

Important Notes

This is a supply-only mounting-component kit. Installation, tray construction, body construction and fabrication of the upper mounting structure are not included.

The 75x40 structural-steel upper member is not supplied. It must be supplied or fabricated separately by the installer as part of the completed structure.

This kit is the 10-mount Single Cab configuration. Confirm cab type before ordering.
