Add heavy-duty powered recovery capability to a compatible Fuso FGB71 or FG84 with this professionally fitted 12V Carbon Scout Pro 20,000lb winch package.
The current package uses the 20,000lb / 9,072kg Scout Pro with a 7HP series-wound motor, 25m x 13mm synthetic rope, automatic braking, wired and wireless controls and a heavy-current electrical installation completed by AAV4x4.
AAV4x4 completes the winch fitment, heavy-gauge power cabling, fuse protection, electrical connection and operational testing at our Brendale workshop.
The Carbon Scout Pro is rated to a 20,000lb / 9,072kg single-line pull.
This places it in the heavy-duty truck-winch category for applications requiring significantly greater pulling capacity than a conventional passenger-vehicle winch.
This exact AAV4x4 package uses the 12V DC version of the Scout Pro with a 7HP series-wound motor.
The motor drives a 354:1 three-stage planetary gearbox.
The current Scout Pro is supplied with 25 metres of 13mm synthetic winch rope.
This current specification supersedes the older 21m wording previously used in the AAV4x4 product title.
The winch incorporates an automatic braking system within the motor-frame arrangement.
A rotating ring-gear clutch provides manual freespool operation for deploying the synthetic rope before recovery.
Both wired and wireless remote controls are included with the Scout Pro.
The wired controller is supplied with an approximately 3.6m lead.
The current fitted package uses heavy-gauge 0 B&S positive and negative battery cabling together with dedicated high-current distribution hardware.
A 500A MEGA fuse and covered MEGA fuse holder provide circuit protection within the installed winch power system.
This is a fully fitted winch package installed by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.
Installation includes mounting and securing the winch within the compatible vehicle winch installation, routing and terminating the heavy-current cabling, installing fuse protection, completing the electrical integration and carrying out an operational test.
