Upgrade a compatible Fuso FGB71 with this professionally fitted AAV4x4 3-inch 441 stainless steel exhaust system.
The current fitted package combines the Version 1 fabricated exhaust assembly with a dedicated 441 stainless steel tailpipe, hot-dog-style muffler, V-band connections and exhaust heat-wrap material.
AAV4x4 supplies and professionally installs the complete package at our Brendale workshop, including final mounting and clearance checks.
The package replaces the applicable standard exhaust sections with a purpose-built 3-inch fabricated exhaust assembly.
The larger exhaust layout is configured specifically for the supported FGB71 installation and incorporates the dedicated final tailpipe used in the current AAV4x4 fitted assembly.
The current product configuration is identified as 441 stainless steel.
The installed package also uses a dedicated 441 stainless steel tailpipe as a separate component within the current Vision assembly.
The fabricated exhaust incorporates TIG-welded joints together with stainless mounting brackets.
V-band connections are used at the applicable detachable exhaust joints, providing a compact connection between fabricated exhaust sections.
A compact hot-dog-style muffler is included as part of the system.
The current fitted package includes titanium-style exhaust heat-wrap material.
The wrap is applied where required during the professional installation.
This product includes professional installation by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.
Installation includes positioning and securing the fabricated exhaust sections, fitting the dedicated tailpipe and applicable V-band connections, applying the required heat wrap and checking the completed system for mounting security and surrounding clearance.

The underlying Version 1 exhaust must not be assumed compatible with the newer Euro 6 Fuso FGB71. The current product record identifies that the system requires redesign for the Euro 6 platform.
