Upgrade a compatible Fuso FGB71 with this custom 3-inch 441 stainless steel exhaust system, configured for vehicles using a rear-mounted spare-tyre arrangement and professionally fitted by AAV4x4.
The package combines the main 3-inch exhaust assembly with a dedicated 441 stainless tailpipe, stainless mounting components, V-band connections, a hot-dog-style muffler and heat-wrap material as used in the current fitted assembly.
This is a fitted package, with installation completed by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.
The system uses a 3-inch exhaust layout specifically configured for the Fuso FGB71 application.
The larger-diameter pipework provides a straightforward heavy-duty exhaust arrangement suited to modified touring and off-road Fuso builds.
The current product configuration uses 441 stainless steel.
This material is used across the exhaust package, including the dedicated tailpipe incorporated into the current fitted assembly.
The exhaust incorporates TIG-welded joints together with stainless mounting brackets as part of the fabricated system.
This provides a purpose-built exhaust assembly rather than a collection of universal slip-fit pipe sections.
V-band connections are used at the applicable exhaust joints, providing a compact connection method suited to a fabricated stainless exhaust system.
A hot-dog-style muffler is included as part of the exhaust assembly.
This provides a compact muffling component within the 3-inch exhaust layout.
This version of the FGB71 exhaust is specifically identified for a rear-mounted spare tyre configuration.
The package incorporates the applicable dedicated tailpipe arrangement rather than assuming the same exit layout as other FGB71 exhaust configurations.
The current fitted assembly includes titanium-style exhaust heat wrap as part of the installation package.
The wrap is applied where required during fitment as part of the completed exhaust installation.
AAV4x4 professionally installs the exhaust system at our Brendale workshop.
Installation includes positioning and mounting the exhaust assembly, fitting the dedicated tailpipe, completing the applicable V-band connections and brackets, applying the required heat wrap, and checking the completed exhaust for mounting security and clearance.

This exhaust must not be assumed compatible with the current Euro 6 Fuso FGB71. The existing Version 1 system requires redesign for the new Euro 6 vehicle platform.
