Complete supply-only front and rear suspension upgrade kit for compatible Fuso FG84, FG637 and FG649 vehicles.

This configuration provides upgraded multi-leaf spring assemblies at both the front and rear, matched with long-travel twin-tube shock absorbers and the applicable suspension hardware.

Front Multi-Leaf Springs

The front suspension kit incorporates upgraded multi-leaf springs together with greaseable fixed pins and shackles, angled grease nipples and the applicable polyurethane front spring bushes.

Rear Multi-Leaf Springs

Heavy-duty load-carrying rear multi-leaf springs replace the applicable original rear spring arrangement.

The rear spring configuration is specified to match the approximately 50mm height increase of the upgraded front suspension.

Long-Travel Shock Absorbers

The package includes front and rear twin-tube long-travel shock absorbers. Vision specifies a 40mm bore, 20mm shaft and nitrogen-charged construction.
