Fuso FG84 / FG637 / FG649 Front Multi-Leaf & Rear OEM Block Suspension Kit – Supply Only

Supply-only suspension upgrade kit for compatible Fuso FG84, FG637 and FG649 vehicles.

This configuration upgrades the front suspension with heavy-duty multi-leaf springs while retaining the applicable OEM rear springs and using spacer blocks to match the approximately 50mm front height increase.

This product is supplied unfitted.

Front Multi-Leaf Upgrade

The kit replaces the applicable front spring configuration with upgraded multi-leaf springs and includes the associated greaseable fixed pins, shackles, angled grease nipples and polyurethane front spring bushes.

Rear OEM Spring Configuration

The vehicle's applicable OEM rear springs are retained in this version. Spacer blocks are used at the rear to match the approximately 50mm increase specified for the upgraded front suspension.

Long-Travel Shock Absorbers

Front and rear twin-tube long-travel shock absorbers are included. Vision specifies a 40mm bore, 20mm shaft and nitrogen-charged construction.
