Upgrade the suspension of your Fuso FG84, FG637 or FG649 4x4 with this professionally fitted AAV4x4 suspension package combining upgraded front multi-leaf springs, retained OEM rear springs with a matched spacer-block arrangement, and long-travel nitrogen-charged shock absorbers.

This configuration is designed for vehicles where a complete replacement rear spring pack is not required. The front receives the multi-leaf upgrade while the original rear spring system is retained and raised to match the approximately 50mm increase in front suspension height.

The package includes professional installation by AAV4x4 together with a wheel alignment after the suspension work is completed.

Front Multi-Leaf Spring Upgrade

The front suspension receives a replacement multi-leaf spring package together with the associated greaseable suspension hardware and polyurethane spring bushes.

Greaseable fixed pins and shackles incorporate angled grease nipples to provide practical access during routine lubrication and maintenance.

Replacement U-bolts are installed with the upgraded front spring package.

OEM Rear Springs Retained

This version retains the vehicle's original rear leaf-spring pack rather than replacing it with a complete heavy-duty rear multi-leaf assembly.

The rear springs are spacer-blocked to match the approximately 50mm front suspension height increase, with replacement rear U-bolts incorporated into the completed installation.

Customers wanting replacement heavy-duty rear multi-leaf springs should select the corresponding front-and-rear multi-leaf suspension package instead.

Long-Travel Shock Absorbers

The spring package is matched with front and rear twin-tube long-travel shock absorbers.

The shocks use a 40mm bore and 20mm shaft and are nitrogen charged.

The longer-travel shock configuration accommodates the revised suspension arrangement while providing damping control across the front and rear suspension.

Professional AAV4x4 Installation

This product is a fully fitted suspension package installed by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.

Installation includes the applicable spring components, suspension hardware, bushes, U-bolts and shock absorbers, followed by inspection of the completed installation.

Wheel Alignment Included

A professional wheel alignment is carried out following installation of the suspension package.

This allows the steering geometry to be checked with the upgraded suspension components installed and the vehicle sitting on its completed suspension configuration.

Maintenance Notes

Suspension U-bolts should be checked after approximately 500km following installation.

Regular lubrication of the greaseable suspension points is recommended. Vehicles regularly operated off road should have these components inspected and greased at suitable service intervals for their operating conditions.

Important Notes

This version retains the OEM rear leaf springs. It is different from the front-and-rear replacement multi-leaf package.

Older or heavily used vehicles may require additional work where existing suspension or mounting components are worn or damaged.
