This professionally fitted 200-litre steel replacement fuel tank provides a substantial increase in onboard diesel capacity for compatible Fuso Canter FGB71 2026+ vehicles while retaining a slim chassis-mounted configuration.
The package combines the 200L steel fuel tank with its dedicated mounting system and matching lockable fuel cap, followed by professional installation at the AAV4x4 Brendale workshop.
The tank uses heavy-duty steel construction, a black protective finish and internal baffling to help control fuel movement during acceleration, braking, cornering and travel over uneven terrain. Provision is incorporated for the compatible Fuso fuel pickup and fuel-level sender arrangement.
This is a fully fitted replacement fuel tank package.
The 200-litre tank provides a substantial onboard diesel supply for Fuso vehicles used for long-distance touring, remote-area travel, motorhome builds and commercial applications.
Greater fuel capacity can provide more flexibility between refuelling stops and reduce reliance on fuel availability when travelling through remote areas.
The tank uses a long, relatively slim rectangular profile suited to installation along the Fuso chassis.

The fuel tank is manufactured from steel for a robust truck-grade construction suitable for touring, expedition and commercial vehicle use.

Internal baffling helps control the movement of diesel inside the tank as the vehicle accelerates, brakes, corners or travels over rough terrain.

The fitted package includes the dedicated mounting kit matched to the 200L tank rather than relying on universal fuel-tank brackets.

The brackets support the tank while the retaining straps hold it securely in position against vehicle movement and vibration.
A matching lockable fuel tank cap is included as part of the fitted package.
The key-operated cap helps restrict unauthorised access to the diesel supply and reduces the risk of casual fuel siphoning or tampering through the filler opening.
Two matching keys are supplied so one can be retained as a spare.
The tank incorporates provision for the compatible fuel pickup and fuel-level sender arrangement required by the completed Fuso installation.
This allows the fuel supply and tank-level monitoring system to be integrated with the replacement tank during professional installation.
A threaded drain provision is incorporated into the bottom of the tank to assist with fuel removal, maintenance and cleaning if required.
The published bottom drain thread is M30 x 1.5.
The tank also incorporates M16 x 1.5 threaded side bung provisions for compatible fuel-system configurations.
Unused ports are securely sealed as part of the completed installation.
