AAV4x4 Fuso Battery Fuse Panel Power Board

The AAV4x4 Fuso Battery Fuse Panel Power Board is a formed mounting panel designed to provide an organised installation surface for battery protection, power-distribution and isolation equipment on compatible Fuso vehicles.

The panel provides a central location for mounting electrical components that may otherwise need to be installed individually around the battery area. Its pre-drilled mounting positions allow compatible fuse holders, isolator switches and related equipment to be arranged securely on one panel.

This product is the mounting panel only and is supplied unfitted. The fuse box, fuses, isolator switches, cabling and electrical components shown in the installed example are optional and are not included unless separately specified.

Key Features

  • Purpose-designed battery electrical equipment mounting panel
  • Suitable for compatible Fuso vehicle applications
  • Provides an organised mounting surface for battery protection and isolation components
  • Multiple pre-drilled mounting positions
  • Formed upper and lower edges for panel strength and mounting
  • Lower M8 weld-nut mounting provisions shown in the panel drawing
  • Allows compatible electrical components to be grouped into one installation area
  • Supplied unfitted

Organised Electrical Component Mounting

The panel is designed to support a neat and centralised battery electrical installation. Compatible fuse holders, battery isolators, distribution equipment and related components can be mounted together rather than being spread across separate areas of the vehicle.

Grouping these components on a dedicated power board can provide clearer access to the installed equipment and a more organised layout for the associated battery cabling.

Pre-Drilled Panel Design

The panel incorporates multiple pre-drilled holes for mounting the board and positioning compatible electrical components. The reference drawing also shows formed mounting edges, an auxiliary four-hole plate and three M8 weld nuts positioned along the lower section of the panel.

The available mounting positions allow the final electrical layout to be configured according to the equipment being installed.

Optional Fuse and Isolator Integration

The installed example shows the panel configured with an optional AAV4x4 Master Fuse Box, integrated high-current fuses and two battery isolator switches. These components demonstrate one possible panel configuration but are not part of the standard panel unless specifically included in the selected product package.

The number, type and rating of any fuse, isolator or distribution component must be selected according to the vehicle and the connected electrical circuits.

Important Note

This product is the mounting panel only. The AAV4x4 Master Fuse Box, fuse holders, fuses, isolator switches, cables, terminals and other electrical equipment shown in the installed example are optional and are not included unless separately specified.

The panel does not provide electrical protection or battery isolation by itself. These functions depend on the components selected and installed on the panel.

Exact fitment and the final component layout depend on the Fuso model, battery configuration and electrical equipment being installed.
