The AAV4x4 New Fuso 2026 Euro 6 FGB71 4x4 Single Cab Chassis combines the current Fuso Canter 4x4 Wide Cab platform with a comprehensive AAV4x4 super-single conversion, front protection, wheel-clearance and electrical integration package.
Built around the compact 3-seat FGB71 Single Cab, this configuration is fitted with five heavy-duty 17x9" steel super-single wheels and 37x12.5R17LT 137Q Xplora rough-terrain tyres.
The completed vehicle is configured at 6500kg GVM and 10,000kg GCM and incorporates the applicable Second Stage Manufacturing conversion, updated tyre placard, front wheel flares, speedometer recalibration, professionally fitted AAV4x4 recovery bull bar and dedicated Fuso electrical integration.
The base vehicle is the current Fuso Canter FGB71 4x4 Wide Cab, providing seating for up to three people including the driver.
The Euro 6 driveline produces 110kW and 400Nm and is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Factory off-road equipment includes lockable front hubs, a rear limited-slip differential and low-range gearing, giving the vehicle a capable foundation for remote-area, touring, expedition and specialist work applications.
The Single Cab configuration provides a compact cab while retaining the full 3.415m wheelbase and 6500kg GVM platform.
This arrangement leaves substantial chassis space available behind the cab, making it well suited to motorhome bodies, expedition modules, service bodies, trays and other custom installations where rear chassis length is a priority.
The vehicle provides a 6500kg Gross Vehicle Mass together with a 10,000kg Gross Combination Mass.
This provides a strong foundation for substantial touring, expedition and commercial builds where finished vehicle mass and towing requirements need to be considered from the beginning of the project.
Five matching 37x12.5R17LT 137Q Xplora rough-terrain tyres are fitted to heavy-duty 17x9" steel super-single rims.
The rough-terrain tread design is intended to provide a balance between aggressive off-road performance and more controlled sealed-road manners than a dedicated mud-terrain tyre.
Open shoulder grooves help clear mud, water and loose material from the tread, while stone-ejection features help reduce stone retention during travel on gravel roads and rough tracks.
The tread also uses a fatigue-resistant compound intended to improve resistance to chips, cuts and debris damage encountered during demanding off-road use.
| Tyre Size | 37x12.50R17LT |
|---|---|
| Load / Speed Index | 137Q |
| Ply Rating | 10PR |

| Section Width | Approximately 327mm / 12.9" |
| Tread Width | Approximately 254mm |
| Tread Depth | Approximately 15mm |
| Maximum Tyre Pressure | 65psi |

The conversion uses 17x9" 6-stud heavy-duty steel rims configured for super-single use on the FGB71.
The rims are DOT stamped, have a stated load rating of 2300kg per rim and have been tested in accordance with SAE J2530a.
Appropriate high-pressure valve components form part of each wheel assembly before the tyres are professionally fitted and balanced.
The package includes five matching super-single wheel and tyre assemblies, providing four road wheels together with a matching full-size spare.
The matching spare is particularly valuable for vehicles intended for remote-area travel, where maintaining a consistent wheel and tyre configuration can simplify tyre replacement and rotation.
Front protection is provided by an AAV4x4 FGB71 rated recovery bull bar professionally fitted as part of the completed vehicle package.
The bar combines an alloy outer structure with a heavy-duty steel winch cradle, providing front protection together with integrated recovery and accessory provisions.
A winch, optional low-beam lights, driving lights and aerials are not included unless separately specified.
The wider 37" super-single wheel and tyre package incorporates the applicable fibreglass front wheel-arch flares and flare-extension components.
These components provide additional body coverage around the wider tyre assemblies and form part of the completed AAV4x4 conversion.
The vehicle receives the applicable Second Stage Manufacturing conversion for the FGB71 6500kg super-single configuration.
The conversion incorporates the applicable approval process, updated tyre placard, wheel-arch flare package, wheel hardware and associated vehicle preparation.
This conversion applies to the new, previously unregistered vehicle included in this package.
Changing from the standard Fuso wheel and tyre package to the larger 37" super singles changes the rolling circumference of the tyres.
The vehicle speedometer computer is recalibrated by AAV4x4 to suit the installed wheel and tyre configuration as part of the completed conversion.
The wheel conversion incorporates 41mm visual wheel-nut movement indicators on the applicable wheel hardware.
When positioned consistently, these provide a simple visual reference during routine vehicle walk-around inspections and can make unexpected wheel-nut movement easier to identify.
A dedicated AAV4x4 Fuso wiring and electrical integration package forms part of the completed chassis preparation.
The vehicle-specific system incorporates the wiring, lighting integration, fuse protection and electrical mounting components associated with the AAV4x4 vehicle conversion and front protection equipment.
The Single Cab chassis provides a versatile foundation for:

For customers regularly towing a caravan or other trailer over approximately 2500kg for long distances, AAV4x4 recommends considering the 35x12.5R17 Xplora configuration.
OEM components removed as part of the AAV4x4 conversion are retained by AAV4x4 where applicable and are accounted for as part of the vehicle package.
Due to the size of these vehicles, delivery may involve the truck being driven rather than transported. A new vehicle may therefore have delivery kilometres recorded when supplied.
