The AAV4x4 New Fuso 2026 Euro 6 FGB71 4x4 Single Cab Chassis combines the current Fuso Canter 4x4 Wide Cab platform with a comprehensive AAV4x4 super-single conversion, front protection, wheel-clearance and electrical integration package.
Built around the compact 3-seat FGB71 Single Cab, this configuration is fitted with five heavy-duty 17x9" steel super-single wheels and 35x12.5R17LT 137Q Xplora rough-terrain tyres.
The completed vehicle is configured at 6500kg GVM and 10,000kg GCM and incorporates the applicable Second Stage Manufacturing conversion, updated tyre placard, front wheel flares, speedometer recalibration, professionally fitted AAV4x4 recovery bull bar and dedicated Fuso electrical integration.
The base vehicle is the current Fuso Canter FGB71 4x4 Wide Cab, providing seating for up to three people including the driver.
The Euro 6 driveline produces 110kW and 400Nm, giving the FGB71 the torque required for loaded touring, commercial and off-road applications.
Factory off-road equipment includes lockable front hubs, a rear limited-slip differential and low-range gearing, providing a capable starting point before the AAV4x4 super-single conversion and vehicle preparation are carried out.
The Single Cab configuration provides a shorter cab than the Crew Cab version while retaining the same 3.415m wheelbase and full 6500kg GVM platform.
This makes it particularly attractive for motorhome, expedition, service-body and tray applications where maximum usable chassis space behind the cab is a priority and additional passenger seating is not required.
The FGB71 platform provides a 6500kg Gross Vehicle Mass and 10,000kg Gross Combination Mass.
This gives vehicle builders a substantial foundation for carrying a camper body, expedition module, service body, tray system or other specialist equipment while remaining within the completed vehicle's applicable mass limits.
Five matching 35x12.5R17LT 137Q Xplora rough-terrain tyres are fitted to heavy-duty 17x9" steel super-single rims.
The rough-terrain tread design is intended to bridge the gap between conventional all-terrain and aggressive mud-terrain tyres, combining substantial off-road capability with characteristics better suited to regular sealed-road touring.
Open shoulder grooves help evacuate mud, water and loose material, while stone-ejection features help reduce stone retention during operation on gravel roads and rough tracks.
The tread also incorporates a fatigue-resistant compound designed to improve resistance to chips, cuts, rocks and other debris encountered during off-road use.

The conversion uses 17x9" 6-stud heavy-duty steel rims configured for super-single use on the FGB71.
The rims are DOT stamped, have a stated load rating of 2300kg per rim and have been tested in accordance with SAE J2530a.
Appropriate high-pressure valve components form part of each wheel assembly before the tyres are professionally fitted and balanced.
The package includes five matching super-single wheel and tyre assemblies, providing four road wheels together with a matching full-size spare.
This creates a consistent wheel and tyre configuration across the vehicle and provides a compatible spare for remote-area travel.
Front protection is provided by an AAV4x4 FGB71 rated recovery bull bar professionally fitted as part of the completed vehicle package.
The bar combines an alloy outer structure with a heavy-duty steel winch cradle, providing front protection together with integrated recovery and accessory provisions.
A winch, optional low-beam lights, driving lights and aerials are not included unless separately specified.
The wider super-single wheel and tyre package incorporates the applicable fibreglass front wheel-arch flares and flare-extension components.
These components provide additional coverage around the wider tyre assemblies and form part of the completed AAV4x4 conversion.
The vehicle receives the applicable Second Stage Manufacturing conversion for the FGB71 6500kg super-single configuration.
The conversion incorporates the applicable approval process, updated tyre placard, wheel-arch flare package, wheel hardware and associated vehicle preparation.
This conversion applies to the new, previously unregistered vehicle included in this package.
Changing from the standard wheel and tyre package to the larger 35" super singles changes the rolling circumference of the tyres.
The vehicle speedometer computer is recalibrated by AAV4x4 to suit the installed wheel and tyre package as part of the completed conversion.
The wheel conversion incorporates 41mm visual wheel-nut movement indicators on the applicable wheel hardware.
When positioned consistently, these provide a simple visual reference during routine vehicle walk-around inspections and can make unexpected wheel-nut movement easier to identify.
A dedicated AAV4x4 Fuso wiring and electrical integration package forms part of the completed chassis preparation.
The vehicle-specific system incorporates the required wiring and lighting integration associated with the AAV4x4 conversion and front protection equipment, providing an organised electrical foundation for the completed chassis.
The Single Cab chassis provides a versatile foundation for:
