The AAV4x4 New Fuso 2026 Euro 6 FGB71 4x4 Crew Cab Chassis combines the current Fuso Canter 4x4 Crew Cab platform with a comprehensive AAV4x4 super-single conversion, front protection, body-clearance and electrical integration package.
Built around the 7-seat FGB71 Crew Cab, this configuration uses five heavy-duty 17x9" steel super-single wheels fitted with 35x12.5R17LT 137Q Xplora tyres. The 35-inch package provides a strong balance between off-road capability, load-carrying vehicle requirements and regular sealed-road touring.
The completed vehicle is configured at 6500kg GVM and 10,000kg GCM and incorporates the applicable Second Stage Manufacturing conversion, updated tyre placard, front wheel flares, speedometer recalibration, fitted AAV4x4 recovery bull bar and dedicated vehicle wiring integration.
The base vehicle is the current Fuso Canter FGB71 4x4 Wide Crew Cab, providing seating for up to seven people including the driver.
The Euro 6 driveline produces 110kW and 400Nm and is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Factory off-road equipment includes lockable front hubs, a rear limited-slip differential and low-range gearing, providing a capable starting platform before the AAV4x4 super-single and vehicle conversion work is carried out.
This configuration provides a 6500kg Gross Vehicle Mass together with a 10,000kg Gross Combination Mass.
The combination is particularly suited to vehicles that will later receive substantial touring, motorhome, expedition or commercial bodies where available vehicle mass and overall combination capacity must be considered from the beginning of the build.
Five matching 35x12.5R17LT 137Q Xplora tyres are fitted to heavy-duty 17x9" steel super-single rims, providing four road-wheel assemblies plus a matching spare.
The Xplora tyre uses a rugged rough-terrain tread design intended to combine strong off-road traction with more controlled road manners than a dedicated mud-terrain pattern.
The tread incorporates open shoulder areas to assist with clearing loose material, mud and water, together with stone-ejection features intended to reduce stone retention during operation on gravel and rough tracks.

The conversion uses 17x9" 6-stud heavy-duty steel rims configured for super-single use on the FGB71.
The rims are DOT stamped, have a stated load rating of 2300kg per rim and have been tested in accordance with SAE J2530a.
Each assembly receives the applicable high-pressure valve components before the tyre is professionally fitted and balanced.
The conversion provides five matching wheel and tyre assemblies, giving the truck a consistent super-single configuration across all four road positions together with a matching spare.
This simplifies carrying a full-size spare and avoids relying on a differently sized spare wheel when travelling in remote areas.
The FGB71 is fitted with an AAV4x4 rated recovery bull bar designed specifically for the Canter 4x4 platform.
The bar combines an alloy outer structure with a heavy-duty steel winch cradle, providing front protection together with integrated recovery and accessory provisions.
A winch, optional low-beam lights, driving lights and aerials are not included unless separately specified.
The wider super-single wheel package is accompanied by fibreglass front wheel-arch flares and the applicable flare-extension components.
These form part of the completed AAV4x4 conversion and provide additional body coverage around the wider wheel and tyre assemblies.
The vehicle receives the applicable Second Stage Manufacturing conversion for the FGB71 6500kg super-single configuration.
The conversion incorporates the applicable approval process, updated tyre placard, wheel-arch flare package, wheel hardware and related vehicle preparation.
This conversion applies to the new, previously unregistered vehicle included in this package.
The larger Xplora tyres have a different rolling circumference from the original Fuso wheel and tyre package.
The vehicle speedometer computer is recalibrated by AAV4x4 to suit the fitted 35" wheel and tyre configuration as part of the completed conversion.
The wheel conversion incorporates 41mm visual wheel-nut movement indicators on the applicable wheel hardware.
When positioned consistently, the indicators provide a convenient visual reference during routine walk-around inspections and make unexpected wheel-nut movement easier to identify.
A dedicated AAV4x4 Fuso wiring and electrical integration package forms part of the completed vehicle preparation.
The system includes vehicle-specific main wiring, lighting adapters and extensions, bull-bar and headlight integration, left and right rear-light wiring, fuse protection and dedicated electrical mounting components.
This creates an organised electrical foundation for the converted chassis and the AAV4x4-installed equipment.
