The Smart Vehicle Safe is a compact, top-opening steel safe designed for securely storing keys, wallets, documents, electronic devices and other small valuables in a suitable vehicle, canopy, cabinet or fixed location.
Access is available through the integrated biometric fingerprint reader, a programmable 4-to-6-digit PIN or the mechanical override key. After successful electronic unlocking, the lid automatically flips open and the internal LED light illuminates the storage compartment.
The safe features 12-gauge solid-steel construction, a soft foam-lined interior and pre-drilled mounting holes for securing it to a suitable surface. Emergency access is supported by a USB Type-C power connection and mechanical override key if the internal batteries are depleted.

The Smart Vehicle Safe provides three access methods:
The electronic system can store up to 21 fingerprint records, including one administrator fingerprint, and up to 21 password sets, including one administrator password.
The integrated biometric reader allows an authorised user to open the safe with an enrolled fingerprint. Fingerprint recognition and unlocking occur as part of the same access process, removing the need to enter a PIN during normal use.
One administrator fingerprint is used to manage the safe’s fingerprint records, with additional authorised fingerprints stored in the remaining memory positions.
The electronic keypad accepts a programmable PIN between four and six digits long. Raised buttons allow the keypad controls to be identified by touch.
A scramble-code function allows additional digits to be entered around the correct PIN, helping reduce the chance of the access code being observed. Repeated incorrect entries activate the safe’s alarm function.
After valid access is confirmed, the top cover automatically flips open to provide immediate access to the storage compartment.
The top-opening design requires sufficient clearance above the safe for the lid to open completely. This should be considered when selecting a vehicle compartment, cabinet or other installation position.
An internal LED light automatically illuminates when the safe opens, making the contents easier to see in dark vehicle interiors, canopies or storage compartments.
The light remains illuminated for up to 30 seconds and switches off when the safe is closed.
The safe uses 12-gauge solid-steel construction with a published box-wall thickness of 2.5mm. The steel enclosure provides a rigid protective housing for the electronic lock, opening mechanism and stored contents.
The complete safe weighs 6.11kg while retaining compact external dimensions suitable for a range of fixed storage applications.
The internal compartment is lined with soft foam to help protect stored items from scratches and direct contact with the steel enclosure.
The usable internal space measures 269 x 179 x 76mm. Items should be checked against these dimensions before purchase.
Pre-drilled mounting holes are provided in the base so the safe can be secured to a suitable surface.
Fixed mounting prevents the safe from becoming a loose object inside the vehicle and makes it more difficult to remove without releasing the mounting hardware.
The mounting surface and selected fasteners must be capable of supporting the safe’s 6.11kg weight and the forces generated during vehicle movement.
The electronic locking system is powered by four AA batteries. A removable push-button battery case provides access to the batteries without requiring the safe to be dismantled.
The battery cover slides sideways before the battery case is pressed and released for removal.
Two backup options are available if the internal batteries are depleted or electronic access is unavailable:
The USB Type-C connection provides temporary external power for electronic unlocking. The mechanical key provides an independent method of opening the safe.
The compact design allows the safe to be mounted in a suitable vehicle location where adequate structural support, user access and lid clearance are available.

This product is supplied unfitted. Mounting fasteners are not listed as included and must be selected to suit the installation surface.
The safe must be securely fixed before the vehicle is operated. It must not be installed where it could interfere with vehicle controls, airbags, seats, wiring or other safety equipment.
The mechanical override key should be stored securely outside the safe. Do not store the only override key inside the safe.
