The AAV4x4 Isuzu NPS 2008+ Single Loop Recovery Nudge Bar is a compact, winch-compatible front-end package designed for serious touring, expedition and recovery applications.
This is the same recovery-focused nudge bar configuration as the corresponding light-compatible version, combining an alloy outer bar with a heavy-duty steel winch cradle and integrated recovery provisions. This package additionally includes a pair of 90mm LED low-beam headlights already fitted into the nudge bar, together with the associated low-beam conversion looms.
The completed nudge bar and lighting assembly is supplied unfitted to the vehicle. Vehicle installation and final electrical connection are not included.
The single-loop nudge bar provides a more streamlined front profile than a traditional full-height bull bar while retaining the substantial lower structure required for winch mounting and recovery equipment.
This makes it particularly suitable for expedition trucks, motorhomes, commercial vehicles and touring builds where serious self-recovery capability is required without the size of a multi-hoop bull bar.
The nudge bar combines an alloy outer structure with a steel winch cradle and mounting system.
The alloy construction keeps the visible bar comparatively lightweight, while the steel structure provides the strength required around the high-load winch mounting area.
This combination provides a practical balance between recovery capability, front-end protection and overall vehicle weight.
A dedicated winch mounting arrangement is incorporated behind the main nudge bar structure, allowing a compatible heavy-duty low-mount winch to be integrated neatly into the front of the Isuzu NPS.
The concealed arrangement provides the foundation for serious vehicle self-recovery without requiring a separate externally mounted winch platform.
Winch dimensions, motor position, gearbox orientation and control-box location can vary substantially between models, so compatibility should be confirmed for the specific winch selected.
A dedicated fairlead opening is incorporated into the bar structure to provide a clean exit point for the winch rope.
This keeps the fairlead integrated into the front-end package and helps maintain the compact appearance of the single-loop nudge bar.
The nudge bar incorporates AAV4x4 quick-connect recovery points on both sides of the recovery structure.
The pin-lock arrangement allows a compatible recovery strap to be connected directly to the recovery point without requiring a separate D or bow shackle at the bar connection.
The retaining pin can be removed to position the compatible recovery strap and then reinstalled and secured before recovery.
This kit includes a dedicated pair of 90mm LED low-beam headlights installed into the nudge bar before supply.
Unlike the corresponding light-compatible nudge bar supplied with blanking plates, this version arrives with the low-beam lamps already mounted into their intended positions within the bar.

The integrated LED low-beam conversion provides a purpose-designed lighting solution for the NPS nudge bar configuration.
The pair of 90mm LED low-beam lights replaces the blanking plates used on the standard light-compatible version and allows the completed vehicle installation to retain the required low-beam lighting function.
LED combination lighting is also incorporated into the nudge bar design, providing a clean integrated lighting arrangement within the front bar structure.

This product is supplied unfitted to the vehicle. The pair of 90mm LED low-beam headlights is already fitted into the nudge bar assembly, but installation of the complete bar onto the Isuzu NPS and final electrical connection of the lighting system are not included.
This configuration includes the LED low-beam lights and should not be confused with the corresponding nudge bar supplied with blanking plates in the low-beam positions.
A winch is not included unless separately specified. Compatibility should be confirmed for the selected winch before installation, particularly with high-capacity truck winches where dimensions and mounting arrangements vary between models.
Driving lights, UHF aerials and other optional accessories are not included unless separately specified.
