The AAV4x4 Isuzu NPS 2008+ Single Loop Recovery Nudge Bar is a compact, recovery-focused front-end package combining a winch-compatible nudge bar, integrated recovery provisions and a pair of 90mm LED low-beam headlights.
Using the same nudge bar configuration as the corresponding winch and light-compatible version, this package combines an alloy outer bar with a heavy-duty steel winch cradle and mounting structure. It provides a substantial foundation for compatible recovery equipment while retaining a more streamlined profile than a traditional full-height bull bar.
Unlike the blanking-plate version, this package includes the pair of 90mm LED low-beam headlights installed in the bar, together with the required low-beam conversion looms and electrical integration.
Both the nudge bar and low-beam lighting system are professionally fitted by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.
The single-loop nudge bar provides a more compact alternative to a traditional full-height bull bar while retaining the substantial lower structure required for winch mounting and vehicle recovery.
This makes it particularly well suited to expedition trucks, motorhomes and commercial NPS builds where recovery capability is important but a large multi-hoop front bar is not required.
The open upper design also maintains more of the vehicle's original front profile while still providing an integrated platform for recovery, lighting and communications accessories.
The bar combines alloy and steel construction to use each material where it is most appropriate.
The visible outer nudge bar structure is alloy, while the high-load winch mounting arrangement incorporates a heavy-duty steel cradle and mounting structure.
This provides a strong foundation for recovery equipment while retaining the weight advantage of alloy through the external bar assembly.
The nudge bar incorporates an integrated mounting arrangement for compatible heavy-duty low-mount winches.
The winch is positioned behind the main bar structure, creating a clean installation and providing the NPS with a permanent self-recovery solution without requiring a separate external winch platform.
Because truck winches can vary considerably in motor position, gearbox orientation, mounting dimensions and control-box arrangement, compatibility should be confirmed for the particular winch being installed.
A dedicated fairlead opening is incorporated into the bar to provide a clean exit path for the winch rope.
The concealed arrangement keeps the fairlead integrated into the overall front-end design and helps maintain the compact appearance of the single-loop nudge bar.
The recovery structure incorporates AAV4x4 quick-connect recovery points on both sides of the front bar assembly.
The pin-lock arrangement allows a compatible recovery strap to be connected directly to the recovery point without requiring a separate D or bow shackle at the bar connection.
The retaining pin can be removed for connection of the compatible recovery strap and then reinstalled and secured before recovery.
This version replaces the blanking plates used in the light-compatible nudge bar with a dedicated pair of 90mm LED low-beam headlights.
Two individual low-beam lamps are installed into the corresponding light positions within the bar, providing a fully integrated low-beam lighting solution as part of the completed front-end package.

The low-beam lighting is installed as part of the completed nudge bar package rather than supplied as a separate loose accessory.
The dedicated wiring looms connect the pair of LED low-beam lights into the vehicle's lighting system, providing an integrated conversion appropriate to the nudge bar configuration.
Once installation is complete, the low-beam operation and alignment are checked as part of the final testing process.
The nudge bar also incorporates LED combination lighting within the bar structure.
Integrating the lighting into the bar provides a clean finished appearance while keeping the front lighting components incorporated into the overall vehicle-specific design.

This is the professionally fitted nudge bar and low-beam lighting package. Both the recovery nudge bar and pair of 90mm LED low-beam headlights are installed by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.
This configuration includes the LED low-beam lights rather than the blanking plates supplied with the corresponding light-compatible bar-only configuration.
A winch is not included unless separately specified. Compatibility should be confirmed for the selected winch before installation, particularly with high-capacity truck winches where overall dimensions and mounting configurations can vary.
Driving lights, UHF aerials, daytime running lights and other optional accessories are not included unless separately specified.
