The AAV4x4 Isuzu NPS Winch Bull Bar package combines the proven strength and vehicle-specific engineering of an Australian-manufactured alloy winch bull bar with AAV4x4's integrated LED low-beam headlight solution and recovery-focused features.
Designed for Isuzu NPS NH 4x4 models from 2008 onwards, the bull bar uses a high-tensile structural-grade alloy body supported by a purpose-built steel winch mounting system secured directly to the vehicle chassis. The result is a substantial front-protection system capable of accommodating selected low-mount winches up to 20,000lb while keeping total added vehicle mass considerably lower than an equivalent all-steel construction.
This version is finished in Textura Black powder coat and incorporates an LED low-beam headlight kit suitable for the AAV4x4 NPS installation.
The bull bar is manufactured from high-tensile structural-grade alloy and uses a fully welded, single-piece channel as the primary protection structure.
This construction provides substantial frontal protection while taking advantage of the lower mass of alloy compared with an equivalent full-steel bull bar.
The total bull bar assembly weight is approximately 85kg, with a net weight increase to the vehicle of approximately 70kg after allowance for components displaced during installation.
While the main bull bar structure is alloy, the winch mounting system uses purpose-designed steel construction secured directly to the Isuzu chassis.
This separates the demanding winch mounting loads from the alloy outer protection structure and provides a strong foundation for the compatible low-mount winch.

The bull bar is specified for selected low-mount winches up to 20,000lb. Winch fitment should be confirmed before purchasing a winch not specifically listed for the bar.
Compatible examples include Warn 16,000lb, Runva 16,000lb, Sherpa 17,000lb and Tank 20,000lb winches.
References in older AAV4x4 material to winches above 20,000lb should not be taken as confirmation of compatibility with this bull bar, as the current specification supports selected low-mount winches up to 20,000lb.
Driving lights, aerials, winch and optional DRL equipment are not included unless separately specified.
