The Noxsolis NX851 52" Single-Row LED Light Bar – Professionally Fitted by AAV4x4 delivers a balanced combination of long-range projection and wide-area illumination from a slim, low-profile housing. Its combination beam provides broad visibility close to the vehicle while maintaining a strong central beam for identifying hazards further along the road or track.

Using high-performance OSRAM OSLON® LEDs, the NX851 produces 12,623 raw lumens with a clear 5700K white output. The beam reaches 1 lux at 780 metres, providing useful forward distance while retaining the spread required for road shoulders, tracks and surrounding terrain.

This fitted package includes the NX851 light bar, mounting brackets, installation hardware and professional fitting by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop. The light bar is securely mounted, connected to the vehicle's lighting system, aligned and tested before completion.

Combination Beam Performance

The NX851 uses a combination beam to provide both wide-area illumination and focused forward reach from a single light bar. The broader portion of the beam spreads light across the area ahead of the vehicle, while the concentrated central section projects further along the road.

This balanced pattern improves visibility across road edges and surrounding terrain without sacrificing the distance needed for highway, rural-road and remote-area driving.

1 Lux at 780 Metres

The NX851 produces a beam reaching 1 lux at 780 metres. This extended range helps the driver identify animals, obstacles, road changes and track conditions further ahead.

Unlike a narrow pencil beam, the combination optics also provide useful width closer to the vehicle, making the light bar suitable for varied driving conditions where both distance and peripheral awareness are important.

12,623 Raw Lumens

The OSRAM OSLON® LEDs produce a combined raw output of 12,623 lumens. This output is directed through the light bar's combination optical system to provide a practical balance of forward projection and spread.

5700K White Output

The NX851 produces a 5700K white light that clearly illuminates road surfaces, tracks, vegetation and surrounding objects during night driving.

The clean white output supports visibility and contrast across changing terrain and road conditions.

Slim Single-Row Housing

The single-row LED layout keeps the housing compact compared with a larger double-row light bar. This makes the NX851 suitable for installations where available height or depth is limited.

Its streamlined profile provides a clean appearance on compatible bull bars, roof racks and other suitable mounting structures.

Heavy-Duty Construction

The light bar uses a heavy-duty die-cast aluminium housing designed for demanding road and off-road environments. The aluminium body provides structural strength while assisting with the dissipation of heat generated during operation.

An impact-resistant polycarbonate lens protects the internal LEDs and optical components from road debris, branches, dust and other hazards encountered during touring and off-road travel.

IP67 and IP69K Protection

The NX851 carries both IP67 and IP69K ingress-protection ratings.

  • IP67: Protection against dust and temporary water immersion
  • IP69K: Protection against close-range, high-pressure and high-temperature water spray

These ratings make the light bar suitable for operation in rain, dust, mud and other demanding conditions commonly encountered by touring, work and off-road vehicles.

12V and 24V Compatibility

The NX851 operates across 12V and 24V electrical systems, allowing it to be fitted to a broad range of four-wheel drives, utes, trucks and commercial vehicles.

The light bar draws approximately:

  • 14.71A at 13.8V
  • 8.47A at 24V

AAV4x4 selects an appropriate installation method to support the light bar's 200W electrical load and connect it to the vehicle's lighting system.

Triple Electrical Circuit

The NX851 uses a triple electrical circuit configuration as part of its internal design, supporting the operation of the LED array across the length of the light bar.

R10 Electromagnetic Compatibility

The light bar complies with R10 electromagnetic interference requirements. This helps limit unwanted electrical interference with compatible vehicle electronics and communication equipment.

Deutsch Electrical Connection

A sealed 2-pin Deutsch DT-P connector provides the electrical connection to the light bar. This connector type is designed for demanding automotive and off-road environments where resistance to moisture, dirt and vibration is important.

Flexible Mounting Options

The NX851 is supplied with both side-mounting and bottom-mounting brackets. AAV4x4 uses the mounting arrangement suited to the vehicle, available structure and required positioning of the light bar.

Side-Mounting Brackets

The side brackets support installation from each end of the light bar and allow the beam angle to be adjusted during fitting.

Bottom-Mounting Brackets

Three bottom brackets are also supplied, providing additional flexibility for installations supported along the lower mounting channel.

Professional Fitting by AAV4x4

AAV4x4 professionally installs the NX851 at our Brendale workshop. The light bar is positioned on a suitable supporting structure, securely fastened, electrically connected and aligned for the intended driving application.

Once installation is complete, the mounting, switching and operation of the light bar are tested before the vehicle is returned.

The final mounting and wiring arrangement depends on the vehicle, available installation space, supporting structure and existing electrical system.
