The AAV4x4 Wide 3-Position Battery Tray is designed specifically for compatible Isuzu NPS 2012+ vehicles. Its wider layout provides three dedicated positions for compatible 200Ah or 300Ah Revolution batteries, allowing a substantial auxiliary battery bank to be mounted securely on the vehicle chassis.
The tray uses a direct bolt-on chassis mounting arrangement and does not require cutting or welding for compatible fitment. Its heavy-duty construction and protective finish are designed for touring, remote-area travel and demanding work-vehicle applications.
This product is supplied unfitted.
The tray is divided into three full battery positions, allowing up to three compatible Revolution batteries to be installed across the width of the tray.
The wider geometry is intended for the larger battery cases used by compatible 200Ah and 300Ah Revolution deep-cycle batteries. Each position is separated by a formed internal divider to create an organised mounting area for the individual batteries.
The tray is purpose-built for compatible Revolution batteries in the 200Ah to 300Ah range. The final battery selection must be checked against the available tray dimensions, case geometry and terminal arrangement before installation.
Battery capacity alone does not guarantee fitment, as physical dimensions can vary between different battery brands and models.
The tray is designed to bolt directly to the compatible Isuzu NPS chassis. This vehicle-specific mounting arrangement allows the tray to be installed without cutting or welding the chassis.
The installed images show the tray positioned between the chassis rails beneath the cab area, using the available chassis structure for support.
The tray uses fabricated metal construction with formed front, side and rear sections. Internal dividers and reinforcing gussets support the three battery positions and help maintain separation between the installed batteries.
A protective grey finish is applied to the tray to provide resistance against corrosion and exposure encountered in a chassis-mounted installation.
The installed examples show cross-bar retainers spanning the battery positions. The retainers use hooked and threaded ends to secure the installed batteries within the tray.
All batteries must be correctly positioned and restrained before the vehicle is operated. The exact retaining arrangement may depend on the battery configuration being installed.
Multiple circular openings are formed into the base and rear panel of the tray. These provide potential routes for battery cables, access to mounting points and drainage from the battery area.
Suitable cable protection must be used wherever electrical wiring passes through or near the metal tray.
Mounting the auxiliary batteries on the chassis keeps the battery bank outside the cab or motorhome body, preserving internal storage and equipment space.
The three-position arrangement allows a high-capacity battery system to be grouped together in one dedicated mounting structure.

This product is the battery tray assembly only. Batteries, chargers, battery isolators, cabling, circuit protection and other electrical equipment are not included unless separately specified.
The batteries shown in the installed examples are for fitment reference only.
Battery dimensions, terminal positions and the completed electrical configuration must be checked before installation. Not every battery described as 200Ah or 300Ah will have the same physical dimensions.
The tray must be installed on a compatible Isuzu NPS chassis, and every battery must be securely restrained before the vehicle is operated.
