This professionally fitted towbar electrical package provides a complete trailer-lighting connection for compatible Fuso FGB71 vehicles.
The system combines a vehicle-specific plug-in wiring loom, a 12/24V trailer-light interface module and a 7-pin flat trailer socket. It is designed to connect compatible trailer road lights to the Fuso electrical system without relying on a basic direct splice into the vehicle’s original lighting wiring.
The loom, interface module and trailer socket are professionally installed, electrically connected and operationally tested by AAV4x4 at our Brendale workshop.
The package includes a Fuso-specific light-adaptor T-loom that connects into the compatible vehicle lighting system.
The plug-in arrangement reduces the need to cut, solder or unnecessarily modify the original vehicle wiring during installation. This provides a cleaner and more serviceable connection than a basic universal trailer-wiring installation.
The included electronic interface module receives the relevant lighting signals from the Fuso and provides the corresponding outputs for the trailer socket.
This arrangement helps separate the additional trailer-lighting load from the vehicle’s original lamp circuits. It is particularly important on vehicles that use electronic control or monitoring of the exterior lighting system.

This product includes the towbar electrical system only. A physical towbar, hitch, towball and trailer-brake controller are not included unless separately specified.
The 7-pin socket provides the connection point for compatible trailer wiring, but additional equipment may be required for electric trailer brakes, auxiliary charging circuits, electronic stability systems or specialised trailer functions.
The trailer plug and wiring configuration should be checked before connection. Incorrectly wired or damaged trailer electrics may cause faults in the vehicle or trailer lighting system.
