The Carbon 24V Wireless Winch Remote Control Kit provides convenient wireless control of a compatible 24V Carbon winch. It allows the operator to control the winch from a distance without being physically connected to the winch by a wired hand controller.
The kit includes a compact wireless remote with clearly marked IN and OUT controls, together with a matched wireless receiver for connection to the winch control box. It is designed as a plug-and-play replacement receiver and remote kit for compatible 24V Carbon winches.
This product is supplied unfitted.
The handheld remote allows a compatible winch to be controlled without connecting a wired controller. Separate IN and OUT buttons provide straightforward control of the winch direction.
Wireless operation allows the operator to select a suitable position around the vehicle while maintaining control of the winch. Safe winching procedures and clear communication between everyone involved remain essential during recovery operations.
The supplied receiver is paired with the included handheld remote and connects to the compatible winch control system. The receiver interprets the remote-control commands and activates the corresponding winch-in or winch-out function.
The compact receiver housing can be positioned near the winch control box, subject to the available space, wiring arrangement and protection from heat, impact and moving components.
This kit is intended specifically for compatible 24V Carbon winches. It should not be used as a replacement for a 12V wireless receiver unless compatibility has been separately confirmed.
The winch voltage, control-box connections and existing wiring arrangement must be checked before installation.
The kit is designed as a simple plug-and-play replacement for the compatible winch receiver system. The receiver is supplied with colour-coded connection wires and terminated leads for integration with the winch control box.
Installation must maintain the correct connection sequence and polarity for the individual winch. The receiver wiring should be securely routed and protected from abrasion, excessive heat and moving components.

The remote-control kit operates the winch controls only. It does not replace the winch contactor, control box, battery cables, circuit protection or main power connections.
Always maintain a clear view of the vehicle, winch, rope and recovery area while using the wireless remote. Stop winching immediately if visibility or communication is lost.
