The AAV4x4 New Fuso 2026 Euro 6 FGB71 4x4 Crew Cab Chassis combines the current Fuso Canter 4x4 Crew Cab platform with an aggressive AAV4x4 mud-terrain super-single conversion, front protection, body-clearance and electrical integration package.
Built around the 7-seat FGB71 Crew Cab, this configuration is fitted with five heavy-duty 17x9" steel super-single wheels and 37x13.5R17LT 135Q mud-terrain tyres.
The completed vehicle retains a 6500kg GVM and 10,000kg GCM and incorporates the applicable Second Stage Manufacturing conversion, updated tyre placard, front wheel flares, speedometer recalibration, fitted AAV4x4 recovery bull bar and dedicated vehicle electrical integration.
The foundation of the package is the current Fuso Canter FGB71 4x4 Wide Crew Cab, providing seating for up to seven people including the driver.
The Euro 6 driveline produces 110kW and 400Nm and is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Factory off-road equipment includes lockable front hubs, a rear limited-slip differential and low-range gearing, providing a strong base for remote-area, expedition, touring and specialist work applications.
This configuration provides a 6500kg Gross Vehicle Mass together with a 10,000kg Gross Combination Mass.
The available vehicle mass makes the FGB71 particularly suitable as a starting point for substantial expedition bodies, motorhomes, service bodies and specialist commercial builds where chassis capacity needs to be considered early in the vehicle design.
This version uses five 37x13.5R17LT 135Q mud-terrain tyres mounted to heavy-duty 17x9" steel super-single rims.
The aggressive mud-terrain tread is designed for serious off-road use, with strong shoulder grip and a tread pattern intended to deliver maximum traction across loose, muddy and demanding terrain.
Despite its aggressive off-road focus, the tyre design is also intended to provide a smoother and quieter road ride than might normally be expected from a tyre with such a substantial mud-terrain tread pattern.
The mud-terrain tread uses large, widely separated tread blocks and strong shoulder engagement to help the tyre bite into loose surfaces.
This configuration is particularly suited to vehicles where traction in mud, soft ground, rocky tracks and remote off-road conditions takes priority over the more road-oriented characteristics of an all-terrain tyre.

The conversion uses 17x9" 6-stud heavy-duty steel rims configured for super-single use on the FGB71.
The rims are DOT stamped, have a stated load rating of 2300kg per rim and have been tested in accordance with SAE J2530a.
Appropriate high-pressure valve components form part of the wheel assemblies before the tyres are professionally fitted and balanced.
The package includes five matching super-single wheel and tyre assemblies, providing four road wheels together with a matching full-size spare.
A consistent five-wheel configuration is particularly useful for remote-area travel where carrying a compatible full-size spare is an important part of the vehicle setup.
Front protection is provided by an AAV4x4 FGB71 rated recovery bull bar professionally fitted as part of the completed vehicle package.
The design combines an alloy outer structure with a heavy-duty steel winch cradle, providing front-end protection together with integrated recovery and accessory provisions.
A winch, optional low-beam lights, driving lights and aerials are not included unless separately specified.
The substantially wider 37" super-single wheel package incorporates the applicable fibreglass front wheel-arch flares and flare-extension components.
These components provide additional body coverage around the wider tyres and form part of the completed AAV4x4 conversion rather than treating the larger wheels as a stand-alone tyre change.
The vehicle receives the applicable Second Stage Manufacturing conversion for the FGB71 6500kg super-single configuration.
The conversion incorporates the applicable approval process, updated tyre placard, wheel-arch flare package, wheel hardware and associated vehicle preparation.
This conversion applies to the new, previously unregistered vehicle included in this package.
The larger 37" tyres have a substantially different rolling circumference from the original Fuso wheel and tyre package.
The vehicle speedometer computer is recalibrated by AAV4x4 to suit the installed wheel and tyre configuration as part of the completed conversion.
The wheel conversion incorporates 41mm visual wheel-nut movement indicators on the applicable wheel hardware.
When positioned consistently, these indicators provide an immediate visual reference during routine vehicle walk-around inspections and can make unexpected wheel-nut movement easier to identify.
A dedicated AAV4x4 Fuso wiring and electrical integration package forms part of the vehicle preparation.
The package incorporates vehicle-specific main wiring, lighting adapters and extensions, bull-bar and headlight integration, left and right rear-light wiring, fuse protection and dedicated electrical mounting components.
This creates an organised electrical foundation for the converted chassis and its AAV4x4-installed equipment.

This listing is for a new AAV4x4-prepared Fuso FGB71 4x4 Crew Cab chassis. A tray, canopy, camper body or motorhome body is not included unless separately specified.
A winch, optional integrated low-beam lights, driving lights, aerials and other optional accessories are not included unless separately specified.
Product photographs may show vehicles fitted with additional or optional equipment for illustration.
For customers regularly towing a caravan or other trailer over approximately 2500kg for long distances, AAV4x4 recommends considering the more road-oriented 35x12.5R17 Xplora tyre configuration instead of this aggressive 37" mud-terrain package.
OEM components removed as part of the AAV4x4 conversion are retained by AAV4x4 where applicable and are accounted for as part of the vehicle package.
Due to the size of these vehicles, delivery may involve the truck being driven rather than transported. A new vehicle may therefore have delivery kilometres recorded when supplied.
